"That would be either Claudia or Sangula," Delilah said grimly. "Both are vampires, neither are very kind. Claudia's been known to attack the babies of the herds, though I have not heard any talk of either of late."

Jimmy was sure they had said something about a fairy but decided not to say anything in case he had just misheard. At the mention of blood Jimmy gasped again "Suck your blood? Thats discusting!"

"Did someone say my name?" the vampiress herself purred stepping from a dark cloud of mist. She smiled at the golden-haired pony, "And you shouldn't worry so much about little Claduia. The child vampire is a coward only looking for easy marks..."

"Going so soon?" Sangula moved with unnatural speed to block the dragon's escape. "But I have plans for you..."
"Sangula, we've done you no harm," Delilah stated calmly despite her pounding heart. The vampire was giving off a dangerous aura and Delilah was certain if they did not leave soon there would be bloodshed. "We just want to be on our way."
Sangula snorted, "Oh Delilah, you really would be better off if you just let me take this idiot off your hands. Haven't you suffered enough?"

Meridian watched the witch step up to Delilah. "What suffering?" He wondered if he could help her in any way. The presence of Sangula was still making him a bit nervous, but then he realized, he was a dragon. What did she have on him? He decided to test the waters a bit and breathed a little flame to set the ends of her hair on fire.
