Personality: Pretty stubborn and full of himself. Believes he is right most of the time, and is kind of a jerk to people. Is generally a nice person though, just has an odd way of showing it (mostly through insults). Basically acts rude because that's how he is, but isn't like totally evil or anything like that.
Reference Images: He now looks like this, but his skin and wing colors and stuff are from this - lavender skin with teal webbings (no spots please). His hair is in this style from the front-ish view.
He also has a long dragony tail that aren't in either pictures.
Anything Else?: Basically I want his youth form to be just like the above images, except better (and obviously not fully based off the Neopet, lulz). He's handsome and generally slim yet muscular. I don't really care how he looks or what his hair is like in his early stages, you have free reign of that. His clothes can be pretty much whatever, as long as they're fashionable and/or sexy (this includes the youth stage - feel free to redress him from his lovely outfit I gave him when I was 11).
No scales, he's a smooth-skinned lizardy boy, and if you have any idea for the tail and wings, then go for it 8D

Attire: I love love love her anime/game costume design. Though it doesn't really lend itself to real-world application. I was wondering if you'd be willing to incorporate the colors and whatever elements you want and then transform it into some sort of school-girl outfit? Or whatever you think would be fun. ^_^

Rush: Not at all! I've still got requirements and plots to do, but I wanted to put this in nice and early so you could take your time and not feel rushed. ^_^

About today's open slots!
I soooo didn't realize that today is a family reunion that I have to go to (joy........) And that started at noon, as well. So! I wont actually be around for the start of the event.

Sure, I don't see why not! I say use the custom child form, but show us art of the character that's to be cloned. It's a character you've had for a while, right?
