I personally dont care what anyone says, Donna was the best companion because she did what no other could. GET DAVID TENNANT NEKKID!!
But on this occasion, I'll have to agree that the 9th Doctor and Rose had a different kinda somethin that made them deeper. I feel as if I'm cheating on David Tennant if I say so, but there it is.

I was always fond of both of them.
9/R was more of a cleansing. Rose did care, but she more helped 9 than loved him.
10/R was a bit more lovely. Rose even said "I love you." 10 had the same feelings.
It's gonna be interesting when she comes back in EOTP2
