Asteril separated ways from Thaerin when they got out of the forest. They exited the forest near the dragons' quarters and so Thaerin went directly there. Asteril continued toward the dorms. He moved quickly as he didn't want to be seen as it was rather late at this point. When he got into the building he found the main room deserted although he felt as though someone was watching him. There might have been some people by the few still lit fires but Asteril didn't look that closely to find out for sure. He went up to his room quickly and purposely silently. He arrived in his room and tried to sleep. Though it would take him a while to really sleep as he still had a lot of unused energy left.

Triesa quickly made her way to the nests(dragon dorms), seeing the so called “dragon hermit” standing atop a large rock in front of the academy nests Triesa casually approached, Triesa had always liked this old man, thou she never new exactly why, it just seemed like she could trust him for some unexplainable odd resin. “so were are you going off to this time?” Triesa asked, knowing well the old man disappeared around this time of year every year.
Tramer laid in his bed motionless, once in awhile the thought of going to get a drink of water or such would crosses his mind, thou such thoughts were quickly subdued at the first attempt of motion. Tramer could only think ahead to tomorrow in horror knowing well the instructors were not going to go easy one him.

The old man's mind was elsewhere when he heard a voice calling to him. Adjusting his focus, he saw that it was one of the dragons just coming in for the night. She had a dark, mostly black, coloring and was thirteen to fourteen years in size. It was Triesa. A bright smile appeared on his face. His voice was warm and had a calming effect when he spoke. "Not for a few more days."

The night passed by just as uneventful as any other, if only slightly cooler than the one before it. By morning light, the old man was already up and about the grounds. He had just come from checking on Greyum (she was fine, stiff, but fine) when the seemingly natural occurrence of a grey-lark flying overhead caused him to pause in his tracks for a moment before continuing on in his same leisurely pace.

Paige slept soundly, without any disturbance whatsoever. The next morning she peacefully rose, stretching her limbs in attempt to shake the sleep out of them. Once dressed and prepared for the day, she left the dorm early to take her daily morning walk. This was a recent habit she had acquired, yet another bit of her newly acquired introverted ways. Paige wound lazily through the various trees littering the school grounds.
((Well, my spring break is insanely early this year, next week. So I will be out of town and away from the internet from this Saturday evening to the following Saturday. Paige can just meet everyone later when I return. I hope you all have a good week))

Ryuujin was in a deep sleep when Tamerier nudged him to wake him up 'Ryuujin you need to wake up, you are going to be late you know'. Ryuujin slowly stirred but didnt open his eyes. he didnt want to get up and go to classs again. what was the point. the only friend he had Tamerier, so why not just sit with him all day 'ok ok im up, no need to keep bugging me'. he slowly streached his arms out wide with a great big yawn

((I do, when I'm in town. I actually check the guild at least once a day, though I like to see some response before I post. I've noticed that things are slowing down. My guess is that life is getting busy for mostly everyone. I can totally empathize. I'm taking a ton of crazy classes, working a part-time job, and I'm currently applying for another job. So if I ever take a bit of time to post it's because of stress. This semester is a tad easier than last. I should stop rambling...))

“We’ve traveled a long time, Kelth, aren’t you tired?”
“You are not heavy, Armah. I have mostly been riding updrafts so, no, I’m not particularly tired but I believe we both are hungry. I’m not a good fisherman. I hope we find land soon.”
“Yes, as do I. This endless sea is wearing on my senses. Such huge creatures in that water, unnerve me.”
“You have little cause for concern. They are water dragons. They will not approach us, even were I to land on the water.”
“You wouldn’t do that, would you?” Armah was agitated. She was not a good swimmer and she knew if Kelthlesayna landed here in the ocean, she’d never get airborne again until they found dry land.
“You need not worry my friend. I am as uncomfortable in water as are you. Look, there on the horizon … I believe we have finally found land.”
We approached the continent of Paleron from the north east. It would be Coshrna where we hoped to find shelter and acceptance. I had come by Kelthlesayna quite by accident but since I “hatched” her egg by sleeping with it she was imprinted on me from before she was born. I had never seen a Fire dragon before and the little dragon frightened me at first. However she did not begin to belch fire until she was almost three years old. What I did know about this dragon was that she was different from any dragon I had ever seen before. In the first place, she grew to her full height and wingspan in half the time of other dragons around the Pain clan site. Secondly, she had a huge wingspan. She was heavier and denser than any dragon I had seen, also. She told me once that before she hatched she remembered a long period of darkness and bitter cold. After living with an old man who mapped the sky, we came to the conclusion that she was not from this world at all. Her description of the bitter cold and darkness was his clue to the fact that she probably was in an asteroid, he called it, which fell to Gaia where the mass of the rock protected her until I found her. This made sense because I found her out on a patrol to discover what has shaken the earth. The egg was in a deep crater.
“It will be nightfall before we arrive. How do you want to approach?”
“As silently as you can land. There is an academy where the Coshrnans train their dragon riders and the young dragons. I want to see if we can get employment there as instructors.”
“I am sorry my friend, but my wings are very stiff. I will attempt to land as quietly as possible but I fear we will still make a big impression on these Gaians.”
“Then land as close to the Academy as you can, but outside it’s gates.”
“Advise well considered.”
Kelthlesayna had a wickedly good sense of time and it was full dark before we found a landing spot. She hovered as best she could but I could feel the strain on her wings, under my rump. With the best of caution, she still landed hard and a three thousand pound dragon dropping from even as short a distance as ten feet is going to make a huge “impression”. Once on the ground, we waited for what disturbance we had caused.

There was a sudden rush of activity as the watchmen were jolted awake, running around the men rushed to find out what had accrued, suddenly the main gats began to open the guards near to panic grabbed hold there weapons, only to see the head master of the school in front of the massive gates. The head master a truly interesting man, older than anyone can remember, we walked with a slight hunch, and yet got around with surprising speed, his body is old and shriveled, to such a degree many are surprised he doesn’t just kill over.
“awww, so you wish to teach here at my school?” the head master stated as he approached the dragon and it rider, “humm…let me have a look at you” the head master said walking around the dragon as he rubbed his chin, “you said your names were Armah, and Kelthlesayna correct?” he continued not giving the two a chance to ask how he already knew about them, “well we could use a good pair of teachers, come, come, you have traveled far and are in need of food and rest, fallow the guards, they will lead you to were you need to go” the head master finished and then in a blink of an eye he was gone.
Two guards stood at the open gateway, a confused expiration on there faces. After that the two guards led Armah and Kelthlesayna to the Dragon dorms, entering the kitchen one of the guards parted ways as he went to tell the cooks to prepare food for new comers, the other showed the two places they could sit and get confortable, the dragons kitchen was obviously designed for use by dragons, the room was massive, there were no chars only large long tables spared out far enough from echo her two young dragon could fit tail to tail. In a surprisingly short time the guard returned fallowed by several cooks, the cooks quickly placed a surprising amount of food before the dragon and rider (I’ll let you be creative on what was served, my brain is tired lol).
Out of nowhere the head master appeared next to Armah, “for a school we have surprisingly good cooks” the head master said with a slight laugh “if the food is not to your two‘s likings just tell cooks, teachers get to eat what the please, just make your order to one of the cooks and tell them were you would like it delivered, as for teaching goes, the schedule is simple, in the morning the student are taught about the principles of magic in the circular building at the center of the grounds, you cant miss it, then after that they trained physically in the building to the south east, during all this the dragons are out in the surrounding forest receiving there own instructions, if you and Kelthlesayna ever wish to differ from this schedule and train the students and there dragons together you just have to ok it with me first, I believe that is pretty much everything, if you need any further assistance you know were to find me, or you could get help from one of the other teachers“ the head master said before vanishing, never having told her any way of contacting him.

Kelthlesyna sniffed at what was set before her. Not all of it was cooked so she delicately picked up what was raw and ate with relish. Before me was set several platters. Meat cooked in a savory sauce, a very large loaf of bread so hot to the touch it must have just come out of the ovens, a platter with a wide variety of roasted or poached vegetables, a pitcher with what looked to be an ale or beer and a sweating ewer which proved to be cold, clear water. I am a being of simple tastes but mindful that a variety of foods best serves the body I ate of all that was set before me. The meat tasted like venison, some of the vegetables I recognized but tried those with which I was unfamiliar and found I liked them well enough. The ale was weak by my standards but then I had grown accustomed to Dwarven ale. The water was magical to my taste. Icy cold and refreshing, it had a sweetness such as I was unfamiliar to taste in water. It quenched my thirst and soothed my parched throat for though we traveled over water for a long time, it was salt water and my throat felt like it was coated in that salt. Before Kelth was set the largest bucket I had ever seen which also contained the sweet water.
"This water has an interesting quality. I believe it is natural to the water but it makes it taste sweet." my companion said to my mind.
"It is refreshing especially after smelling salt air for what seemed like days." I replied.
"In such monotony of terrain time can play tricks. We left the mainland at dawn of this day so it was only one day, Armah."
"Taste some of this bread ... it is phenominally delicious."
Kelth seldom ate bread or any grain if it wasn't part of some beast's stomach but she had very discerning taste buds and often shared my food.
It is quite good. My compliments to the cooks here. Eating such meals you will get fat." she teased.
"As if there ever has been a fat Drow.", I sniggered in derision.
Our hunger and thirst satisfied I turned to one of the guards who were still about to request billet.

Deep in a Foreset a young girl wonders about. She takes her time and doddles freqently. "who am I?" whispered the girl "why am i here" suddently a Drakel jumps out of no where and grabs her by the sholders. "let go of me!" the girl screams. Suddenly her eyes darkened to a dark black, she grew razor sharp claws, her head narrowed, and her body transformed in a beam of dark light. in on slash of her mighty claws the Drakel was sent flying to the ground lifless. A deep growl crawls up her throat. who am i? she though once again and begain to sob. A gentle hand from nowhere laid on her shoulder. She turned around, her eyes burned w/ fury.....
