Sarah woke up at the crack of dawn, before anybody in her household did. She quickly dressed herself in her work clothes and began to water the crops of her family's farm. She did it quickly and efficiently. She stepped back to admire the fields as the sun's rays began to beat upon her. They felt soft and warm, although her body felt chilled from waking up so early.

Voices could be heard from inside the house. It appeared that everybody was awake, so Sarah went to go gather eggs from the chicken coop. When she arrived she noticed one of her little brothers had already beaten her to the job.

"Are you sure you can fit twenty-five eggs into that basket without breaking them?"
Sarah teased, remembering an earlier incident that included her brother and chicken eggs.

"Are you sure you can feed the chickens without tripping over them."
He teased back.

"Ha ha ha. Very funny."
Sarah said pulling the big bag of bird feed into her arms. At that moment, the town's stray dog ran into the chicken coop. Feathers flew everywhere as the chickens ran out of the coop. Sarah laughed as her brother got a face full of feathers. He stuck his tongue out at her in response.

Sarah walked outside, throwing bird feed at the scared and angry chickens. The road in front of Sarah's farm became busy, as people began early road trips to different towns and kids made their way off to school. Sarah leaned against the wooden fence that surrounded her farm. She could hear a muffle of voices, people waking up, getting ready to start a new day.

Ceallach sighed deeply as he entered his old town. This is the direction
Satan had pointed him in, there had better be someone here. He glanced
down at a picture of her, sort-of-pretty with short brown hair. She looked
stubborn though, and high class. Great.
The village he once lived in was now deserted, a ghost town. Walking down
the street, he could vaguely recognize some of the buildings as his friend's
old houses. That's when he heard it, a voice that seemed to be singing
some strange old song...

'I sense there's something in the wind
That feels like tragedy's at hand
There is a legend
Can't shake this feeling that I have
The worst is just around the bend'

It was pretty and soft, off key once or twice but nobody's perfect.

'And do the girls and demons truly exist?
And will they see what we see?
I think it's not to be'

At this he smiled, of course they did! If not, he wouldn't be here now, would
he? No, he'd still be in Hell for stealing a crayon.
The voice was coming from a nearby tavern where some of the guys used
to hang out all the time. He followed it there and peered in the window,
hoping to catch a glimpse of the girl's face.

(( Yes, it is, typo~! ))

Freya walked along a battered and worn dirt path slowly, his cape billowing around him and his hair being swept out of his face by the wind. He had a book in hand, like usual, and was steadily reading it as he walked, his leather, with a slight heel, boots crunching under him with every step. Freya had been walking ever since sundown of yesterday and hadn't stopped for anything so far, but when a village came into view Freya didn't even bother to look up at it. His full concentration was on the book in his hand.
If he had wanted to he could have stopped and found an inn, or maybe even a chapel to rest in, but Freya couldn't rest if he was to find what he was looking for in good time. Though, he knew that if he had patience the lord would help him in anyway he could. Freya sighed, finishing the last line of the page he was on, he closed the book and took a look at his surroundings. There seemed to have been quite a bit of hustle and bustle going on on the road in was now standing in. Kids ran past, merchants and their carts wheeled past, and Freya was almost run over by a pig cart!

Sarah finished feeding the chickens and went back inside her house. Sarah's mother was cooking breakfast, while all of the boys were fighting over who was going into town. There was much arguement over who should go to school and who should come.

"Why don't you take me, father?"
Sarah asked grabbing one of knee high dresses from off a line that connected from the bran to the house. There was silence for a couple of minutes as her father comtemplated. The only sounds heard where the sizzling of the cooking eggs and a carts rolling along the dirt road. Sarah smiled as she got dirty looks from all of her younger brothers. She got an approved smiled by her father and quickly went to her room to change.

It appeared that all of the boys, except for the oldest, would be going to school today. They quickly left, for all of them were just about late. The oldest, Samual, stayed behind to help Sarah and her father with the small shop they had in town. Sam and Sarah quickly loaded a small wagon with dried and frozen meats, eggs, a couple of chickens, five newborn puppies, a horse to walk along side, and many ground grown crops.

"We will try to sell as much as we can, ok. Taxes are going to be collected soon and we don't want to come up short, again."
Sarah's father sighed as he closed up the back of the wagon. Sarah, sitting on the front steps of her house, pulled the zipper up on her leather boots, as her brother jumped into the back of their wagon.

As the wagon pulled out of the farm, Sarah quickly grabbed the reins of the horse they were taking into town, and led the way for it. It nudged her lightly a couple of times with it's nose, and Sarah fed it carrots tossed from her brother in the cart. Lightly patting the horse on it's head, Sarah entered the town center, where merchants from near and far yelled at those who were passing, to buy their goods.

I N F O [S T A T I O N]

Alright, everyone should generally be in the same little town. A rough idea of it is this:

It's generally small. There's a market place with a water fountain in the middle. Tons of alleyways and a tavern. Oh and the inn. There is also a blacksmith, tailor and etc. there. North? Of the tavern are fields about a league away. Those are scattered with farms and the like.

Now all AROUND that is a vast forest and so on. You can make up things outside the town/in the forest as you please. I thought you may all like a general layout of the area though and where people should generally be.

((sorry this took so long...I typed a real long one and then I got logged out...here's another long one....hehe...))

Star woke up to the blinding light of a new day, the sun rays pouring through her window. Star smiled and got out of bed, dressing quickly in her lilac dress her mother had made for her. She quickly ran a brush through her hair, and ran downstairs. Her mother was making breakfast in their grumby kitchen, seeings as since Star's father died there was no one to work for any money. Star got a bit of money for helping out on some farms as a farm-hand, seeing as she was so good with plants. Star loved everything about nature, she just seemed compelled to it.

Star kissed her mother on the cheek, as well as her little sister. Star grabbed some breakfast from her mom, and ate it quickly. he wouldn't be going to school today, since she was going to the market with her mother for food. Her mother tiredly asked Star to get her sister ready for school, and Star obeyed.

"Why do you get to go to town??" Her sister whined pathetically.

Star laughed, "Because I'm older and won't beg mom to buy us sweets." She said smiling.

Her sister stopped talking at this, because their was nothing to protest with. It was true.

"Now go on, get yourself going to school. Don't want to be late, now." Star urged her, eager to go to the market. Star and her sister once again went downstairs. Once everyone was outside, Star's sister went off to school, and Star and her mother began to walk towards the market. It was a bright sunny day, and Star's attention was focused on those working, and wagons going by. Star was always getting into something, whether it be inspecting a bug to climbing over fences, ripping up the skirt of her dress. Oh, that reminded Star of something.

"Mum, we need thread for mending. I found a new hole..." Star said.

"Star! You need to take better care of your things! I--" Her mother stopped. Star's attention was lost, one again. Her mother sighed. "That girl..." She muttered softly.

It was only a matter of a few minutes before the three of them arrived at their small shop set-up. Samual quickly began loading all of the goods onto the wooden shelves, while Sarah tied up the horse and began posting signs, which explained prices and goods bought in the store. Sarah's father pitched up a blanket, which shadeded them and the goods from the morning sun.

Then, it started. People came rushing in at a fast rate, and before Sarah knew it more then half of their goods were gone. They had earned a good deal of money, but still had alot of things to sell. Sarah counted up the money she recieved and put it into a tin box. Both Samual and Sarah had finished selling to their last costumer, when the rush died down. Now their was a costumer every five-fifteen minutes, instead of every second.

Sarah turned around and tossed a carrot into the horses mouth. It still hadn't been bought yet, but Sarah didn't mind. She wanted this horse to be hers, but her father objected. If the sales kept going on like this, and nobody bought the horse, the horse would definitly be Sarah's. She sat back in her chair, and began to daydream, for riding a horse was like riding the wind.

[[Can you please type the numbers out? I know it gets tedious but it should be semi lit and up]]

The girl looked up. Her eyes had been wandering around outside as she continued to hum to herself. Then she realized him. A boy with whitish hair looking around. Resting her chin in her hand, she looked him over. From first looks, he was obviously new to the area just like her.

Resting her head against the cool glass, she fell asleep. It wasn't a long slumber, maybe ten minutes or so. Realizing what she did, Fate had stumbled out of the tavern. For some reason she was extremely tired. Bumping into the boy she had seen earlier, she bowed her head slightly. "Pardon moi." The girl said softly in French before stepping around him so she could get away.

"Espera." He replied in Spanish, taking hold of the girl's arm and suddenly
comparing her to the picture he had with him. "Fate...Alloy? Is that you? What
an odd name...Who would name their kid Fate....it's like, demeaning..." Sure
enough, they were the same girl (unless she had a twin), the same one he
needed to take back with him. But, he wondered, did Satan really need
the element? Or did he just want the girl? Ceallach pondered for a moment
upon whether or not he could get away with that.

"Sir are you on something?" The girl asked nervously. Then he took hold of her arm which freaked her out. "Wh-what do you want with me?" She stuttered. "And it's actually... Fathalina. Faith-Uh-Lee-Nuh." She pronounced to him. The girl silently cursed herself for saying that.

"Look Mister... High and Mighty stranger. Let me just go about on my way and you can go about on yours. I choose the nickname Fate so what ever. Now can you let go of me. I swear to the gods I'll bit your arm off if I have to." The girl growled. Her canines were slightly sharper then the rest of her teeth which made her grin. She didn't know how it happened but she didn't mind either.

Ceallach laughed at this. "You'll swear to the gods, eh? Right, like even they
can help me now. And I doubt you can bit me arm off. Lookie here, girlie.
Your my one-way ticket out of hell. It ain't that bad you know, just a little hot
every once in a while. Sides, all the Devil really wants is that water power o
yours so chances are even if you do die you'll wind up with those precious
gods of yours, wha'dyu say?" He gripped her tighter, quite sure of himself that
he wasn't on something....but he wasn't so sure about her. No wonder he
didn't like girls.

Fate cringed slightly. He was starting to hurt her even more now. "I don't honestly believe in gods or Hell. Demons are fake. The only real thing I believe in is Wicca. Or what everyone would call witch craft. Connecting with nature and blah blah blah."

She stopped struggling. Her arm was in a lot of pain and she knew he wasn't going to be going easy on her for being a girl. "The three planes... This one... The mind and astral." She whispered softly. Her free hand retreated into her tunic she wore and realized she didn't have anything there to use. Even if she did, she couldn't use anything on him. It went against the Wicca Rede of do no harm to others. She sighed. Honestly that thing could be troublesome.

"Please let go." She begged him. "I know I can't bite your arm of. Even if I did die I wouldn't be going anywhere. I would probably be stuck in limbo with the rest of the tortured souls waiting to pass on." The pressure she used to bit her lip made it break the skin. Fate was honestly on the verge of crying her eyes out.

Gaining his barrings, Freya set out about to walking again. His book tucked under one arm and the other arm bent so that his right hand rested on the books spine, this was his signature look of sorts. Freya ended up in the marketplace somehow, not really sure why he was in town in the first place, but he went with the flow of things. If the gods wished him to be in the marketplace, then he wasn't going to object. Though, all the nonstop walking had Freya's poor feet aching. Sitting in the middle of the marketplace didn't sit well with Freya, but he didn't care enough at the moment to not do it. So he found a crate and sit on for the time being, making sure it wasn't going to be moved anytime soon by a merchant. But it must have been his luck, or the gods feeling bored, that a horse had to be nearby and now licking at his face. Freya didn't smack the animal away, but instead patted it's nose softly and pushed him back away from him. The horse was probably after his litmus bread, but he wasn't about to give the horse that, it seemed well feed after all. He sat there for a while, thinking about his journey so far, how much walking he had been doing. Though, he'd done more on his pilgrimage to all the sacred alters of the world, but that had been years ago. The horse was licking at him again. 'A horse...', he thought, that would definably solve his aching feet problem...

(( Hello, Sarah~! xD ))
PostPosted: Mon Jan 14, 2008 8:16 pm

((Hello Freya!!^^))

Sarah noticed that her horse had found somebody else to bother. Sarah was tending to a costumer, when the dark brown horse bgan licking a mans' face. The man didn't seem bothered by it, so Sarah quickly finished with the costumer, then grabbed a carrot off of one of the wooden shelves of their shop. She swung the carrot to and fro, and the horse quickly turned it's head back to her. She fed it the carrot and gently patted it on the head as it began nudging her shoulder.

"Sorry about that. She really likes people."
Sarah said stroking the horses' nose and giving it a smile. She turned to him and noticed just how odd he seemed. His clothing wasn't from around here, yet it suited him so well. She also noticed that he had longer hair then most boys. Sarah felt a tap on her shoulder. It was Samual.

"Father and I are going to look around the shops, for thread and stuff that mother requested."

"Of course."
Sarah said, sitting back down in her small wooden chair. She tried not to turn back to the man, for she knew she would stare.

Riho yawned and stretched out his arms. Rubbing his eye with his right hand he blinked a few times. Slightly annoyed with his progression, he stumbled upon a small little town. He had been sitting in the tavern when he heard a girl singing.

He watched her calmly as she got up and left. He had listened to every single word she said and smirked slightly. Oh if only she knew how right she was. Standing up, he decided to follow her. She looked like she may of known the town slightly well compared to a lot of the drunk bastards that inhibited the tavern.

Slipping out the door, he saw someone stop her. His eyes flashed as he tried his best to remain calm. There was no way that he was going to let Hiro out just yet. Walking over to them with a smile on his face he stopped. "Is there a problem here? I don't think that's the proper way to treat a lady sir. Especially if she claims to believe in Wicca. Nasty thing that is." He pulled out a rock that had smoothed itself over. Something he actually was slightly fond over. A rock cluster or something along those lines. It had cracks and ridges on the inside. On the outside, it was as smooth as ever.

"In fact, I was just about to ask this charming young lady if she could escort me through down. I'm looking for a... Friend of mine." He picked the best wording. It honestly wasn't a friend. He was after the earth girl. The one that would help him connect even further and possibly help him get back to his original form. Of course he only wanted her out of greed and would more than likely force her to love him. He smirked slightly waiting.
