I was going through some plastic containers I keep under my bed with several books that I don't read anymore and a few movies. Wow, I didn't think I still had some of those books, but that is the first place I looked to find something for the church yard sale before going to my shelves. Yeah, there were a few old books I didn't want anymore, some children, but most were young adult books.
One children's book that I will never get rid of is my hardcover copy of The Magic School Bus: Lost in the Solar System. Why? Apart from being a childhood favorite, it is also autographed by the illustrator Bruce Degen. 3nodding When I was in first grade, he came to our school and autographed our books.

Most of the time children's books are much more complex than adult's books!

I love the ideas and morals in childrens books. THey teach valuable lessons and other important things as such. I love that children have books so that they may also feel the passion that we do about reading.
