I'm familiar with this illustration.

- You have to accept one's own bias.
(( do you think that 0* degree means it's flavorless - or a combination ? ))

The Illustration in it's logic, would have folks believe that cusps are important.
--- I would of just re-design the sketch illustration, so the tenants of 36 for 12 signs don't have that blue strip. Still - it does show how the energy changes from sign to sign though.

I've seen this system used - for Jupiter Transits, on a Public Library Book. That just made me feel that Astrologers have their own ideas what is considered properly explained material... and what is just "winging the issue."
