"I want you to be able to tell me you can handle something and actually be able to handle it." He expected nothing less from his boys. "You've lived up to every expectation so far," aside from the little episode with the drugs. "This was just a disappointment."

"I thought I could handle it...which is why I told you that." Demy growled further, shifting around a bit. He didn't like to be trapped with his back to someone...not unless it involved a bit of fun.
"I can't magically fix it now, so get the hell off my back about it..."

He reached up with one hand and grabbed Demy's muzzle. He knew the boy didn't like it but that wasn't high on his list of cares at the moment. He pulled the other's head around until he could look Demy in the eye.
"You, darling, owe me."

Demy resisted the head turning, but was eventually forced to look Lou in the eye. The boy narrowed his eyes, glaring at the other. He was obedient on occasion, but when grabbed by the muzzle and forced around like a little puppy? Yeah, he didn't take too kindly to that.

One of his fingers tapped Demy's muzzle. "Don't glare at me. Unless you'd like to pay for all of those free drinks out of your pocket." Which was still technically his since he paid for pretty much everything Demy wanted.

Ugh....all those drinks would put a major hurt on the money he had stashed away for...other...purposes. As much as he hated to, he softened his gaze towards the other and gave a small nod. It came as no surprise he owed Lou...hell it felt like he -always- owed Lou.

He kept the usual 'good boy' behind his muzzle for the moment. "Now ..." He loosened his fingers from around Demy's muzzle. "How do you intend to pay me back for the little fiasco?"

"...I don't know. Like I said, I never made it a habit to screw up this bad...I'm not that experienced in fixing things after."
Demy fidgeted, seemingly having an inner battle over whether to say the next sentence or not.
"....What would -you- like me to do Lou...?"

"Hmm..... i could want any number of things." Most of which Demy was generally in the mood for but some of them he could disagree with at this point.

"Well that's normal with you..." Lou had a way of talking that made Demy feel like he was always about to walk into a trap. Something about that called to him however. "I already cleaned up the bit you left downstairs...."

"I am not worried about cleaning. It was fine when i left it." Though that would mean that it would be better than fine that still wasn't the sort of paying back he generally cared for.

"Way to be an a**...." Hey, at least he had put the thought into help out...or something. Still he should have figured Lou wouldn't be that impressed.
"Come onnnn Louuuuu...you know you wanna forgive me...." The boy purred, attempting to nuzzle against the other.

"I do, in a sense, but that was .. well you know." He was out quite a bit of money and it would take a while to get it back. A few investments in the right places would get it back but it would mean he'd be lacking on a bit of extra cash for a while.

"...I know..." From his hiding space Demy had seen what the poor bartender had to do to get the customers under control. It had to have cost a fortune, and by hurting Lou he was only hurting himself as well.
The boy continued to purr and nuzzle. "I'll...do anything...even if you want me to work downstairs, I'll do that..." The words were whispered into the other's ear. Demy wasn't too thrilled over the idea but maybe by helping out downstairs he could somehow bring in an extra bit of money. ...Obviously not by playing music, but there had to be something else he could help with. Or so he hoped.

"So my customers can see you and get a chance to get back at you themselves? I think not." Demy would generally be useful down there. Pretty boys brought in extra money in tips and extra business but at the moment Demy wasn't the best person to have around.
