A.) They don't cross the bridge, and swim.

Well, if the bridge is missing pieces and can only manage to hold two men, any gust of wind is gonna knock it down...
Thus, they're all going to have to go for a swim, or if the bottom's land, for a long walk (and maybe a nice hike if the sides to the "valley" are steep)... or find another way, like a helicopter... or wormholes... o_o

They don't cross. They realize it's faster to hang-glide, climb to a nearest tree, and fly to White Castle.

The old guy holds the flashlight and walks across as the 1minute man runs on across, then the 2, then the 5. It takes a total of 10 minutes that way, due to the old man illuminating the bridge at a slow pace.

No, that's actually 10 minutes...
Since the 10 minute man continuously walks across the bridge:
10-1=9, 9-2=7, 7-5=2. And then the old man walks all alone on the bridge for 2 minutes. emo

No minutes. They use the Portal gun to shoot an orange portal to the other side of the bridge, then shoot a blue one under their feet. Thusly they can step/fall into the blue portal and come out of the orange portal on the other side of the bridge.
