"Ah.... A-Ailein?!" Ghast blurted out as he ran over to the fallen man. "... Ailein...? Are you okay...?" Of course he wasn't okay, he was unconscious! The man heaved a sigh, picking Ailein up and placing him on a nearby bench. "Oh, this is going to need a lot of explaining..." He muttered dryly.
Looking over at Dolly, however, he gave another smile, sitting down next to the bench. "Sure."
Kiemna grinned again as the the black wings shivered in the cold, pointing them out again to Dolly. "Tol' ya!"

Dolly piratically ran over, crawling at a few points. She sat down beside the wings and began to pet them, letting out odd noises of joy. "Soft!" She exclaimed trying to snuggle into them. "Who's you?" She asked looking up at him curiously.
Ailein opened his eyes and sat up. He put a hand on the man's wings to push himself up and blinked. He slowly trailed his hand down to the man's shoulder then gazed over. He stared, mouth open in shock and jerked his hand away. "S-S-s-s-s-s-so-s-s-sorry... I re-re-re-real-really a-am s-s-sorry..." As he got nervous his stutter became worse.

"I'm Ghast." He told the girl, the smile never leaving him. "Kiemna's guardian. Nice to meet you!"
As Ailein awoke, the man's head darted to greet him. "Are you okay?" He instantly blurted out, his smile now replaced with a worried look. His wing gave out a major twitch as Ailein put his hand on it, as Ghast tried desperately to control it. "D-don't worry about it." He said meekly, giving him a smile. "Not many people are fine with huge black wings sprouting from people." He let out a fake laugh.
Kiemna smiled, sitting down responsibly near Ghast with his sword placed downwards into the snow.

"Ga...ga...Gast!" She attempted, leaning against him in complete trust.
Ailein wasn't really listening. He was staring at the wings in wonder. He reached out his hand and touched where they connected with the man's back. "A-a-a-re you an an-an-an-angel?" He whispered, unable to think of any other explanation. He moved onto his knees and bowed his head respectively.

At the question and manner coming from Ailein, Ghast's entire face blushed a dark red. "Aah.... N-N-No... I'm not an angel... We didn't even have Christianity where I came from..." Ghast remembered the word angel from Shinju's long speeches, where she'd talk about this entire system of Heaven and Hell and whatnot- but the man already knew that the entire Realm of the Dead was just what they called 'Limbo'. "These c-came from..." He gulped back the tremor in his voice, knowing that the Unknown Being had come back and already killed his brother. "...Someone I worked for..." Ghast's voice became as cold as the surrounding snow.

"Ah I s-s-see..." Ailein lifted his hand and took them away from the base of his wings. He took notice of the cold tone and decided to drop the subject though he was fascinated. The boy got off the bench and moved in front of the man, taking a seat on his knees. "W-w-where ar-are you f-f-from?"
"Ki..!" Dolly said referring to Kienma. "Sit?" She questioned tapping the ground beside her. The man's wings were comfy and she was ready for her afternoon nap.
Ailein frowned. "W-w-would yo-you li-like me to mo-move h-her?"

"Me...?" He blinked, wondering if the boy would know what he was talking about. '... Somewhere far away- called the Nothier Mountains. I believe the place has been renamed since then, though I don't remember what it's called now."
Ki grinned happily, carefully sitting himself on Ghast's other wing.
Ghast smiled at Ailein, shaking his head. "They're fine.."

"N-No ca-ca-can't sa-say I've hea-heard of tha-that th-th-though... it do-does so-sound fam-familiar." The boy smiled kindly.
Dolly whined bit and clamored over Ghast's lap and snuggled next to Kienma. "Sleep, sleep time?" She purred nestling in the feathers.
"N-No D-Dolly! You ca-can't sl-sleep th-there, he ca-can't si-sit ou-out in the c-c-cold fo-fo-forever..." Ailein frowned deeply at Ghast. "Th-They m-m-must rea-really wa-want to sl-sleep."

"You've probably heard it in a history book, then. It's been a long while since it was renamed." Ghast said, looking into his mind to try and remember some of the deeds done by the small country. It was not very involved with the rest of the world, but in it's prime it had raised some of the most fearsome warriors of his time.
The man looked over at the two kids- in which Kiemna had accepted Dolly's offer by instantly passing out at the mention of sleep- and gave sort of a proud smile. "No, they're fine. I'm a hardy person, despite my looks." He grinned at the other gaurdian.

"Ma-maybe..." He heard a small whisper in the back of his mind but ignored it. Stupid voice. "A-A-Are you su-sur-sure you d-d-don't min-mind?" Ailein crept forward slightly. Those feathers did look soft and inviting. Without knowing it, he too was stroking them with his hands and beside Ghast.
Dolly blinked her large eyes then let out a soft noise and curled up against him. Falling asleep beside Kiemna.

"Nope, I don't mind at all!" At that, Ghast let out a small laugh. He really wasn't bothered by the cold- not after the Raeme had trained him, at least. He was also a skilled Nothien warrior! One of the best in the world! There was no way he'd be hurt by the cold! He did let out a small shiver, however, when his wings were being pet.

The boy hesitated his hand hovering over them. "Am I b-b-bothering y-y-you?" He asked kindly looking a bit drowsy himself. Cold weather had that affect on him. He looked worried that he offended the winged man. He edged closer, eager for the body heat.

"No no, it's fine." The winged man gave another smile, restfully planting his hands into the powdery snow before him. "My wings are just a little sensitive at their top, since Kiemna can't get that far up to yank out the feathers..."

Ailein nodded and sighed. "S-sh-should w-w-w-we go s-s-somewhere e-e-else at le-least..." He watched his daughter. She was just so absolutely trusting. Dolly stayed close to Ki, her large ears twitching in her sleep. "I w-w-worry ab-about her..." The male said suddenly, "Sh-she l-looks so s-s-strange... pe-pe-people will h-hu-hurt h-her..."
