Here's my song options:
[Pre-timeskip CD]
Song: Breath In
Artist: Frou Frou
Lyrics:

Why: When I first listened to this song, the very first thing I thought of was Sasuke and Sakura. Practically the whole song is based on Sasuke and Sakura and how they try to learn to love each other. Especially the chorus which can be seen from both of their views as the question how they feel about each other. The first part of the lyrics [not including the chorus] can be seen from Sakura's point of view from this part of the song, as a way how Sakura tries to understand Sasuke in the beginning and during missions:
"I read you and God I'm good at it I'm so spot on..."
and with the second part of lyrics, again without the chorus, can be seen through Sasuke's point of view, when Sasuke at first didn't want Sakura to try and open him up to her:
"What part of no don't you understand I've told you before
To just get off my case this isn't happening stop this now
And I, where was I? I have to be somewhere...."

Lyrics:

Why: I chose these lyrics, because when seeing the first half of this part in the lyrics ["At the end of the world....Never coming home"]can be seen through Sakura's eyes when she first encounters Sasuke after he leaves in their first dramatic reunion with Team 7.
With the line "Could I? Should I?" It could be seen either with Sasuke or Sakura. For Sakura it could be her thinking "Could I bring him back? Should I?" or for Sasuke if he could/should go back after everything is over. And the last part of these lyrics ["And all the things...Ever..."] Could be from Sasuke's point of view as he remembers memories of Sakura.
I hope you consider these choices I made for the FST! heart 3nodding

But there's not really a specific moment, that I can think of, that this would fit into. Basicly, I chose this song just 'cause it screams 'Sasuke' to me. ^^; Why by Ayaka Why? Jasmine Milk Tea I suggest "Concrete Angel" by Martina McBride. It just reminds me a little of what Sakura struggled with pre-timeskip. I'm sure that this can both ways in terms of point of view.
I'd like to think this was in Sasuke's point of view.

However I decided it might be more appropriate and in character of him to say such post-timeskip. We can say that he's finally allowing himself to open up and is letting Sakura heal him. I elaborated on my first post regarding "Ren Zhi." :3
If it was in Sasuke's point of view, I'd say it would be suit his post-timeskip self. Mostly because I really don't have any idea how much Sasuke has changed or will change post-Shippuden. Kishimoto really needs to kick it up a notch. How can he get rid of Icha Icha like that?!
Question: Even though this is a Sakura/Sasuke-POV cd, can it be, say, in Naruto's point of view? If so, then I recommend this song.
In the Shadows - Story of the year
And The Hero Will Drown - Story of the Year
The first song, "In the Shadows", could be about Naruto's friendship/rivalry with Sasuke, set sometime before the whole fighting over the rooftop-almost-killing-Sakura part in the manga. It could even be set when Sasuke and Naruto fight in the Sound 4 battle. Naruto was unable to help or save Sasuke, and perhaps thinking about how he should have said something earlier.
The second song is Sasuke talking to his wicked (literally) inner-him, coming to the conclusion that it's time to leave Konoha.
Angel - Sarah McLachlan
This would suit probably post-Shippuden Sasuke where Sakura saves his a**. 4laugh
Sorry if none of this makes sense. I'm having trouble completing sentences in my head. It's late, I took a four hour nap, and missed dinner. ;o;

@Jazzy: Ah! And The Hero Will Drown sounds like a good song. Besides, we totally lack Sasuke POV songs. Though... I'm not feeling the SasuSaku-ness, it still speaks of their story.

Here's one that I think fits more of Sakura's POV [with some Sasuke POV in it, if you like] for the post-time skip:

Why:This song in general, I think would be a good Sakura POV song, seeing as that the lyrics could portray how Sakura feels about Sasuke being gone from Konoha, especially her, for a long time. These lyrics could also be seen as what Sakura would want to say if she would meet Sasuke again. Especially with the lines:
"I have loved you all along
And I forgive you
For being away for far too long"
it greatly displays Sakura's true feelings for Sasuke here, especially the first line. And when Sasuke will come back ['cause we know he will wink ], Sakura would be willing to forgive Sasuke no matter what because of the amount of love she has for him.

I think I have a good song from Sasuke's POV, for either post-timeskip or pre-timeskip. Whichever seems more apropriate. It's 'I'll Keep You're Memory Vague' by Finger Eleven. Hmm, I think I'll pick the lyrics to this; definitely suit Sasuke. I'm not too sure about the narrator (Naruto) perspective. We'll wait on that. ^_^; I love the suggestion for Sakura's POV, but I'm also holding it off until I can get a few more song suggestions for the "sakura kicks sasuke's sorry tush and drags it back to konoha" incident for the post-timeskip. This is mostly because I'm still trying to figure out how many songs should be dedicated to the fighting. *jots it down under possibilities anyway* <3

or sasuke after shippuden? mm, before answering I did exactly as you had suggested. I downloaded the song and listened. It's a lovely song, and I suppose that in some ways you could interpret this from certain perspectives. However, to be honest, I honestly don't think the lyrics tie to either Sasuke or Sakura. Like someone said, I don't think that Sakura "hates" being in love with Sasuke. Sasuke on the other hand is a basket case, but I don't think he hates it either (if he's in love). Maybe irritated? xD Thank you for the suggestion anyway. ^_^ You're welcome to suggest another song.
