Hmm....I'd say Tonks and Cedric. Tonks, obviously because of the purple hair, and Cedric, well...I dunno, just seems like it.

Lavender Brown and Nevile Longbottom. Lavender because you're sparkely and pretty and Lavender because of your stuffed animals. Or because it seems just so.

Teddy Lupin and Parvatis daughter. Or something, but if you were Teddy's daughter it wouldn't so much matter who your mother is, but I wanted to cover the darker skin all the same.

Maybe either bellatrix and lucius malfoy.
You look like a malfoy and you have the appearance of bellatrix.
If you don't like that, then Neville (i see you like Neville so that's why I chose him) and maybe Narcissa Malfoy.

And Narcissa was semi good in the end so I wouldnt die of shame for her to be my mother, and Neville being Dracos stepfather would make me laugh so hard. I like your choices for me, thankyou. You are the daughter of James (Prongs) and Tonks. You look so peppy ^_^

I'd say the son of Teddy Lupin, and Charlie Weasley's daughter (who hasn't been born yet for obvious reasons, because of the dragon).
Teddy, because of the bright colours, something he'd have inherited from Tonks, and the Weasley love of red.

Cedric and Pansy. The yellow and green, and the plainness of the avi makes me think of Pansy, the hair reminds me of Cedric.
