The only mini-game compilations I'm getting is the one I'm forced to get. Damn shitty Ebay bundles. D:Just because something is a mini-game complication don't automatically mean it's a bad game. Sure they are making too many and they need to make less but there are many things in the gaming world that are being made in excess and it's kindof unfair to keep dragging on the casual game splurge. There hasn't been a good mini-game game out in a while... I'm not saying it'll be bad, I just am a little hesitant, and don't think a compilation deserves the term "Best Wii Game" like Arvis is saying.
I'm a little pessimistic when it comes to compilations.

That's an endless debate in it's own as a game one person thinks deserves another may think it don't. It's all preference in that one I believe. Plus how many of them have you played to say they aren't good? I haven't played hardly any so I can't say they're good or bad either but I'm not saying whether they are bad or good. I actually doubt you or Arvis actually played many of them to determine that most are bad. Also,It was wrong of Arvis to come in and go "Why don't people buy good games??" in a thread about a game. You take his side even though you haven't played it either. If I did that in a thread about a game you'd be jumping all over me regardless of how many agree. Am I right? I never played this game but it shouldn't be prejudged before playing it.

Though "best" is a mater of opinion, I'm leaning towards top Wii games, i.e., people who are hardcore fans would consider being good. You know when you think of good Wii games, you automatically think of the games 99% of other Wii owners Nintendo fans would list.... your Zeldas, Marios, etc. Wiisports and Cooking Mama shouldn't be the games that show you what a Wii is capable of.
Don't "doubt" what I play. I said "came out in a while" so obviously I was referring to more than the 2 or 3 I played on Wii. I'm talking all systems. A great mini-game game hasn't been out in a while. On Wii. On PS2. On 360. On GC. On DS. I own a few systems, I have played enough, Thanks.

Second, as I said before, I'm in agreement with his reasoning, not his initial comment. So no, I'm not "jumping on his side". I have a justifiable opinion with mini-game games, something you don't have when it comes to other things, like what we were talking about earlier in the sticky (PS Franchises).
So I'm not prejudice. I'm not judging M vs S. All I'm saying is I'm stand-offish. I'm not saying IT IS a mediocre mini-game game, all that it MIGHT be, and that I'm hesitant to try it.
And, FYI, Prejudice can go both ways. Don't go defending this game and "jumping on Tango's side" when you haven't even played it. .

That's statement wasn't called for. You need to change your attitude when it comes to saying sarcastic things like that.

I wasn't defending it for whether it was good or not I was defending it on the grounds that you and Arvis (mostly aimed at him for the statement) are criticizing the game for what it has vs whether it is good or not. That's all.
I'm not being prejudice and I can defend a game for being criticized for what I feel are the wrong reasons. I don't care in the least of the game is good or not. I'm not defending it for that.

Ace Paladin tangocat777 Ace Paladin I think this game was created in an attempt to revive Sonic's horribly mediocre game history. Same reason he's in Brawl. Nintendo is doing Sonic a huge favor.
What do you get when you mix an awesome character from an awesome franchise with a mediocre character that should have died when the Sega systems did? Erm, Ace. You do know that this game was developed by Sega with Miyamoto's supervision, don't you? Nintendo also published this game. They're both making big bucks, and for all those casual gamers, it beats the crap out of Wii Sports. Also, you are one of them, you know that?
And, no, I am not a casual gamer.No, I did not mean casual gamers, I meant one of them. Although, you have sense to say more than "All Sonic games suck" I'll give you that. Think of the alternative, Ace, Nintendo could spend a year working on Mario at the Olympics, and it would be short on characters. Instead, they pool their people, get Miyamoto to oversee the project, and it sells better because of Sonic. They're both getting a lot out of this deal, and they're testing for future titles.
