Alycia smiled at him. "I like how you say things, Lord Yoru." She looked over her shoulder as she heard one of the elderly say something how Lady Alycia should not refer the leech as Lord. "Please, Elder ones, do no call them that. If you do not like being called mutts then don't say such petty names. If you call them that I will not care if they call us anything."

Yoru smiled,"Do not pay attention to him. He is an old fool who still lives in past, narrow-minded times." He walked over to the old man, and grabbed the scruff of his shirt and lifeted up to eye level with him(Vampires are suppsoed to be really tall),"Let me tell you old man. I can kill you here, because you are a wolf. I can order my forces, which number in the hundreds of thousands thanks to the elves and dwarves, to anihilate what is left of your people, and much more. What can you do, but sit there, and insult me, without any provocation? Insult me when yo uactually are able to threaten me." He placed the man down briskly, and walked back to Alycia.

Alycia had allowed Yoru to do what he had done and was even laughing silently to herself. She looked back at the old man and then smiled at Yoru. "I am rather glad you hadn't killed him. I don't think others will be too happy if my great uncle died with me standing here."she tilted her head to the side slightly and smiled. "But I am sure, a vampire of your status should already know, that a werewolf is highly capable of protecting theirselves. Of coursein a fight with a vampire there would be a few lost in battle. But this pack is very strong. These are mainly the young and old though. The old have lost the ability to turn into a wolf. The young will keep their youth just like vampires get to keep theirs for eternity. Anyways, shall we move on? The chidlren are in need of sleep." she then felt something tug at her robe and she looked down to see the child that had given her the flower, hiding behind her. She smiled and picked the child up who kept his eyes on Yoru. "Lord Yoru, this is Ford."
Ford stared at Yoru before smiling and jumping out of her hold and walking forward and hugged Yoru's leg and say really quietly, "you smell nice, Lord Yoru..."

Yoru bent down and lifted the girl up to seven feet in the air, which was hsi height."Thankyou........I guess." He turned to his council, and held the girl out, saying,"You see? Wolves are not evil. They do not burn your skin by even looking at it. You are al lfools for beliveing such myths our fathers told to heighten our aggressions!"

Alycia had ignored the gasp that came from Ford's mother. Then smiled as she heard the sigh of relief. "Everything is alright. We will get old legends fixed so the newones will not think wrongly. Now, come here everyone and please greet Lord Yoru. He and his council will not harm us. If they were going to then I would already be injured, wouldn't I?" For once she was not smiling. She stared at her pack with a stern look, daring them to disobey her. A few other kids quickly ran up with playful smiles on their faces and stood next to Alycia and looked up at Yoru. They mumbled quietly to themselves, saying how tall Yoru was and how cool he actually looked up close.

Yoru was pelased the children were unafraid, but he wished to make the parents the same. He set down Ford, and told the kids,"Go to the other Vampires, I promise, they're alot cooler up close." He set down his sword from its belt, and unloaded his gun's ammo-lock, letting the bullets fall into his hands, and putting them in his pocket, and throwing the now harmless guns on the ground. He walked amongst the Wolves, and said,"I am unarmed. You can do whatever you feel like to me, without much fear of me doing anything to you. Choose."

She wrapped her arms around him from behind and looked out over his arms, "Ah, look everyone! I'm hugging a vampire!" She laughed quietly and smiled guiltily up at Yoru.

Yoru stood there silent, watchin the old and young among him, but none coming forward. When Alycia wrapped her arms around him, he smiled."Werewolves, your elader has me in a vulnerable position. She can break my back, my neck, or kill me in some other way, or even order one of you to finish me. But has she done any of that? Wouldn't she have done that if I was a true threat?

Yoru took the man's hand in his."Once more, one of your kind has an advantage. He can pull me i nclsoe and slit my throat. I am in no place to fight back, all I have are blluets outside a gun, I am only protected by my fangs, but they hardly do much but make your species trickle a little blood." He turned back to face his council, who were picking up the children, but holding them as far away from their bodies as their arms would allow."You damned fools! The yare children, they cannot harm you!" Many of the council cowered under his anger, and immediately, with obvious disgust on theuir faces, puleld th children in a hug.

The vampire who Alycia shook hands with held the hand as far away from himself, as if it were diseased or on fire. Yoru, in anger, walke back to his group, and punched the man."If I am perfectly fine with getting touched by a werewolf, you two should be! You don't deserve to have hands, you sad excuse for a living being!" He kicked the man down, and said,"Now get out of my sight, and consider your position in the Court filled by another." Yoru picked up his sword, and strapped it around his shoulder, in warning to the others in the council."Now this has gone on long enough! DOes the touch of a wolf really burn you!? Do you actually believe it fester your skin in seconds!?" He looekd angrily at his counter parts. One walked up to him, and said,"My lord, perhaps the decaying process takes days." Yoru drew his sword and slashed down at the vampires chest. It would have been fatal, had he meant it to be. Black blood spileld slightly."Are you shitting me!? I have been in the presence of wolves for years, and never been infected! In fact, we're already half-dead, we can't rot!" he backhand slapped the man to the ground.
