I march mellophone but play bass clarinet in concert band. I think brass has more fun but woodwinds seem to play better. Bass is layed back.

I mean, obviously the people that play brass instruments are going to pick brass, and the woodwinds are going to pick woodwinds. Otherwise, those people would be playing different instruments. confused I play brass but i think that woodwinds are better

the only reason why I'd say that the woodwinds are better is because I'm a woodwind myself. Woodwind is easier to play, though.
