the church: are we as a christian community staying truthfull to Gods word or have we made a mess of things.
examples:different denominations teaching different things, letting homosexuals become pastors, mega churches becoming greedy. now these are just examples so please no one get upset with me. (even though all 3 of these things have happened to 3 different churches in my home state of Minnesota.)
share your thoughts on this. are we for the most part headed in the right direction or have we left Gods path he made for us & created our own.

I Agree with you on that
Did you know that there are 75 different types of (not to pick on Methodist or anything)Methodist churches just on the Eastern Time zone
How Am I supposed to know which one is the right one of not?

good question. i don't have an answer for you. i would say if they're reading directly from the bible it must be a good church, but there are those that teach from the bible & do the opposit of what is says to do.

And another thing I Do have doubts on the bible ..
Cause first it was in Latin, Second It was translated by the Catholics( at the time the lutherians and the Catholics were enemies) and How do we know If it was latin that the Bible's writen language?

understandable questions. as far as the catholics & lutherians go. the lutherians came from the catholics. the creator of the Lutheran church (his name was Luther) stopped agreeing with how the catholics did things. he left them & created the Lutheran church. the first written version of the bible would of been in hebrew (the jewish language) there have been alot of versions made since the original texts (scrolls) latin i would say being the second written version. the King James Version is the one i read & believe is truthfully translated from the original texts.

So then Why would they translate it right?

Yin what do you mean by why would they translate it right... are you saying the the Romans translated the Bible right or the Hebrews? For I believe in the KJV 1611 Bible but thats my opinion..as for the other churches allowing homosexuals in churches and not preaching against it when it completely stays in the bible that is sin well they're going to be accountable when it comes judgement day.

at the time the catholic church was created they must have had scrolls or texts translated into latin for them to read. assuming not every roman could read hebrew. nowadays though there is a catholic bible out there.
