i love the feeling of yule ad christmas, and the EGGNOG!! lol, but i love it, all the people going around trying to find things to make other and the people they care about happy, its all about love, i just love the season and everything to do with it, the colors, scents, and feeling

What I like most about Yule is, well, kinda weird, I guess. I like knowing the Sun is in the womb, waiting to be born again. The long nights and short days of the Holly King's reign play hell on my mood, so knowing that light is in the process is a great comfort.
Yep. Strange wink ...you'll go to hell for what your dirty mind is thinking.

This is my first yule!!! I am so excited. I will love to spend more time with my mom who is usually at work or in her room and me either at school or volunteering. I love my family even if we don't always get along but during this time of year we all come together which has to be my favorite part.

Full moon on Sunday night too.
In theory, the "coven"'s going to have a crazy cooking session, a lot of eating, and then ritual in some order. Then we sleep and have a present opening session in the morning.
(I really have to find out whether we're considered a coven or not considering all the sabbats we do together and only us. Ah dear.)

Merry Yule, All!

I'll be celebrating a lot this year, It's my first Yule. I'm making crescent cakes and soft mead, a lot of cakes and mead... I'll have a litte quiet party, with my mother, and a few close friends (i'm lucky to have such an understanding mother. Most christians wouldn't celebrate with me...) My druid friend jenny and i will be exchanging gifts... It will be an all-around happy, festive experience.

hmm my favorit part about Yule would have to be lighting my tea candle that night. its the only time durring the year i ever fall asleep witha candle lit.

Hmm. I would have to say my favorite thing about Yule is decorating the tree- we always get trees with lots of big gaps, so we can make little 'rooms', like a room for all the suns/stars/moons and a room for all the animals. x3
I might try getting up early and watching the sun rise this year...oddly enough, I've never actually done that before. This must be remedied.
EDIT: Oooh! And I'm going to a group ritual again this year; it was awesome last year and it sounds like it's gonna be INCREDIBLE this year. =D

This will be my first Yule. Make that my first Wiccan sabbat for that matter. And i like Yule because it'll mean the nights will be longer, and I love the night.

My favorite part is just about everything...I love decorating, cooking, spending time with my family especially......I really want to go to a group ceremony this year...but I'm not sure if I will be ablt to unfortunately....but at least I can actually do a true ceremony for myself this year...not easily accomplished back when I was in Kansas and the cops got called for "cult" activity any time they saw a group of peeple having fun around a camp fire :/....anyways....really looking forward to it.....blessed by all! heart whee 3nodding
