Aww....you probably don't remember or know me because I haven't been on here (or gaia) in a long while, but i'm so sorry for your loss.....I can relate to how you must feel because i've lost a family member before to.....but I wasn't as close to them...just remember you will get to see him again so it's not a goodbye forever. -sends you e hug- <(' ')>

fawN, I just noticed this reply...thanks so much. I've been doing pretty well--because I never saw much of him over the last couple years, it's not a persistent pain/loss. The family is feeling it a lot more closely, but are also doing fairly well.
