If you're talking about buying Luna's guild (which you might be but I'm not sure) then I think you should buy it from her. It is really no different to buying a new guild just this one has had some love. It will probably be cheaper than buying a new guild with the same amount of subforums and you'll be doing something good for another member of gaia.
