More like a comunity dependent on tourisem. The place is paredice for the rich or well of but for people like Ivy and Drus it nothing but hell. They have sort of a Darwnisem kind of veiw and make sure that the poor stay poor by not leting anyone that scans that way have any upper positon jobs. The bar code on thier wrists is how they Identify them in Sky.
