Sykn smiled as she swung the back pack over her other should as well. It rested in the middle of her back. It carried a number of things she needed for work and who knows what else. She looked down at the digital watch on her wrist. She'd have to go out into the city in a while. There were a few spots she needed to check out. "It should be a nice day and yes, it's time for work." She said with a smile as she held up the camera that hung around her neck.

Drus leaned back to sort of sit on her desk. "How are the wepon modification working for you?" She asked. Drus was always one to check up on her work.

Sykn smiled as she popped into the kitchen and came back out with an apple. "Working great. My computer runs faster too, plus a love the watch." She said with a smile tapping the small wrist watch on her wrist. It did a lot more then just your normal watch, it could do a lot of nifty things.

Sykn sighed, she was still knew at the station, so she only got to research, she wasn't allowed to actually go out and track people down. She just gathered evidence, for now anyway. "Sadly no, I'm only allowed to collect evidence, Though I can't wait till my own work gets started." She said with a smile. Being a detective just ran though her blood.

Shaon grinned, what were the chances of being freinds with a detective. she coudl do whatever she needed to stay off the list. "it's terrible that there are people running amuck. did you ehar about the marijauna sales? i think drugs are terrible, but recenlty one was said to have been raided, half of its contents vanishing!" all thanks to her.

Sykn's eyebrow raised, she hadn't heard about that yet. She sighed, the Police didn't seem to like working with her. "No I didn't know about that one...." She muttered something under her breath and took a bite from her apple.

shaon gaped. how unfair. her theft wasn;t known. "if you need help with this, i got tons of papers. i can get you links to soem good journalists too, it might make your life easier." making friends with a detective might be good. friends in high places as Drus had told her. "you'd be amazed how a kid in the delivery service." she pointed to herself. "can get information. i often overhear things when traveling."

Sykn smiled, it sure would help, but did she really need it? After all, it would be kind of useless to her. She have to give the information to her boss. Her would actually look into it. "Yes, that could be helpful." She said with a smile.

Sykn nodded her head as she watched Draco purr as he was pet. He was such a lazy cat. But everyone seemed to love him. "Apparently." She said, finishing off her apple.
