Kaio-Leucitius in art colors can be used to create illusions. when used wrong the illusions can contradict your work and turn a good throwie into a shitty green throwie with a fugly purple outline. first, warm and cool colors warm colors like red, orange, yellow etc tend to pop forward and give a warm feel. cool colors like blue, cyan and green can also help creat depth since they tend to appear closer to the wall than most colors. i like cool colors for backgrounds (in canvas art) if they're kept pretty simple. neutral colors are colors like grey and brown. other colors can be more neutral if they have more grey and less colors. i like mixing greys with some grey'd out colors, it'll give you a color sceme without popping out too much and distracting from your peice. when mixing colors just try to control the contrast, dont make an epileptic color sceme but make it interesting. i like to keep the colors pretty close to the same shade, i'll use some blues that are barely different to make a sceme in the fill. now, color combinations train yourself to see normal objects as colors. when a red objects gets brighter it often turns orange reather than pink. a green object turn green-yellow as it brightens too. look at a cloudy sky at night, or any night sky, it's rarely pitch black, there's an orang/brown tone from city lights and s**t in the air. if you ******** with bucketpaint dont be afraid to make your own shades. brands of spraypaint like krylon carry a good variety, when you buy/rack some paint try to get different shades of the same colors. krylons got some nice bluescales if you can find them. dark blue with a light blue outline looks great, it barely catches the eye so it's perfect. black, cyan and white work well if you use them right thats mostly just subtle colors tho. i never get tired of the classic black and white throwie. a good color sceme in the back can compliment a black and white letters very well too.

Dzes Dont use 2 colors just because you like them both. You need colors that are gonna collaborate together well. For example: green and red are disgusting together in a 2 tone piece. when it comes to fades use 2 colors that are going to fade well into each other. such as purple and black, or orange and a yellow orange. Red and green can look pretty dope in a simple piece. Split at the middle? I tend to focus a lot on cool and warm colours. One will be the piece and one will be sides, or a background, or details. Anything can look nice if you know how to use it.

I don't really know about all that stuff... but I say you can combine any colors you want to. With different shades of colors, you can blend them; and with the right amount of balance between colors, it'll come out just right. I saw this one piece that used like 500+ colors in it... I think they called it a super burner... It looked like they used skittles and rainbow j**z for the fill... that s**t was ill... lol. I'll try to find it online and put it up in here for reference.. Not right now tho, cause I'm using the Wii web browser and it sucks a** juice big time. I'll do it later when I'm on a computer.. This s**t took me a minute to write cause I gotta point and click each letter.., lol. ******** this....

i'm big on cyan and a pastel-ish orange with sky blue outlines...
for throwups i just like black and white krylon because if you're doing something effortless like a throwup don't waste money on good paint or extravagant colors...throw-ups are more about placement than anything

Now it's straight rustos now... Painter's touch have a good selection, but all their cans have female tips... blah!.. stressed
