Ugh, that's disgusting. I mean the institutionalized snub of Jewish students, of course, not the pork itself (though pork is kind of disgusting in several ways, too, to me). You'd think they would manage to go a week without cooking pig.

I know this is really stupid of them, but I can't help but find this vaguely funny. At this point, you kind of have to find humor in things like this or start crying at the world's ignorance.

It's not that they couldn't stop themselves from making pig for a week, it's that this is the only week that they've served pig all year.
