My dad is really into Bleach and Death Note, and my mom likes Death Note, too. But most of the time they give me the hostile impression that anime is stupid, which is thus followed by a extensive lecture of mine, lol.
Neither of them can stand Inuyasha sweatdrop
My mom thinks Naruto is stupid, while i got my dad hooked on that with the whole "Sasuke being kidnapped my Orochimaru's freaks and the numerous battles that proceed." He thinks Kimimaru is awesome, lol.
It seems like shows that are more serious- like Death Note- are more appealing to adults. 3nodding

My mom and her boyfriend laugh at me when I rant about anime. My mom says that if she was around my age when anime came out she would probably like it. And her boyfried even bought me the first Bleach books! biggrin

My dad actually likes it. When I go to his house he will watch Trigun, DBZ, Vanguard and a couple other animes! Tis very cool!
