dex yawned as he sat in his office playing with a bug that had ran avross his desk, he was apparently bored judging by the dull look on his face
"maybe i should go to the human world and fool around" he announced aloud not caring if anyone heard him.
he then leaned back and stare out the window

Misaki slowly walked up to Linku.
"Ne, Linku-taichou?" she asked, reaching up with one hand to move her bangs from her face. Once her bangs were out of her face, one could easily see sadness in her eyes.

he jumped slightly and in an instant hi shand went to his face. any one could tell he was going to summon his mask but he soon let out a sigh and chuckled slightly
"ah...Misaki its you"he said with a releived tone
" please just linku...formality is so bothersome" he said with a smile
"so...Misaki what is it?"his tone seemed concerned for the most part but it still held an air of thought about it as he spoke

Kitsune had taken a bit of time away from his reports to walk around the grounds. As he made his way through the twisting streets he saw Captain Kaiton was atop the squad one building. The new captain of squad one was more active then the last, or at least appeared to be. He noticed the man talking to another soul reaper, but all he could see was that she, seemed to be giving a report of some kind.
“Why do I have an odd feeling that something is about to change my daily rounds? Things seem quiet enough, maybe I’ll go see what’s going on.”
Captain Raikou gave a sigh and a shrug as if he didn’t have anything else to do, and took a jumping step onto one of the walls. Walking wasn’t going to get him anywhere fast. He pushed off and skipped from one wall top to the next, with his pieces of nine cloth flowing wildly behind him.

Tai, Captain of Squad 11, made his way through the gateway that connected the world of the living with Soul Society. He had just finished slaying a hollow that was doing the strangest things, for a hollow at least. This particular hollow was raiding convenience stores and consuming large amounts of Sake, becoming drunk from the dosage. This caused it to be unpredictable, which lead Tai to believe, to his disappointment, that it would give a decent fight.
Sighing, he took the last step, setting foot back in Soul Society.
"What a drag," he said, "When will I find a decent battle?"

Dex was sitting near the exit into the human world, he was whistling a happy sounding tune as he sat there still debating if he should leave his work undone and go look for some fights in the human world
"wonder if any decent hollow have shown up recently" he thought as his tune got louder and a bit more rapid

Saverio sat in his home. He had a very difficult situation to deal with. He had to remove certain Espada from power, but if he engaged them directly he would have to fight them all in a deadly free-for-all that would make him the center of attention. He would need to do it in an under handed way, but there was no one under his control strong enough to do it.
Thats when it hit him, the Shinigami are easy to manipulate and foolhardy. Both things made them perfect targets for this "mission". He would simply make them do his dirty work. They didn't have any reliable information on the Hallow world so they couldn't find out his motives, and if a few hallows made a big ruckus and drew attention to the Espada he could easily take what he wanted without fear of retaliation. Of course makeing Soul Society come here would be no easy task.

Tai continued to walk towards the main part of the Seireitei, sighing heavilly as he trudged along. As he passed Dex, he turned, looking at him. A grin spread across his lips as he thought of a way to get a good fight.
"Hey, Dex," he began, still grinning, "Wanna fight?"

"isnt that an unsafe practice for cptians?" he asked with a smirk on his face
"and why pick on witha mere kid like me" he then added with a bit of sarcasim
any one could tell that he was wanting a fight even if he was trying to act properly

"Of course it's not safe," Tai laughed, "That's why it's so fun."
His grin, along with the cold, lifeless stare of his red, pupilless eyes, would make most people wonder if he wasn't a demon. Gripping the hilt of his zanpakutou, Meiringan, he slowly began to draw the weapon.

"good point" he said in a mocking tone as he came up, jumping a bit backwards as he did
"so swords or should we go into an all out release?" he said as he slid his blade a few inches out of its sheath

"Whatever you want," he snickered, "Just remember, the number one rule: no holding back. Of course, this rule ony applies to you."
Quickly, Tai drew Meiringan, "flash-stepping" behind Dex. As he did so, he turned, swinging the dark blade towards his temporary enemy.

his sword was out in a flash and not bothering to call out his shikai he just spun around using a flash step to meet his attack and block it, he then slid back because of the recoil of it and held his blade at a ready position.
"i dont think i shall call haizu out yet" he said with a smile as he charged forward, flash stepping a few times untill he was in position for a quick thrust

Tai placed his hand on the side of Haizu, merely guiding it aside as it was thrust forward. From there, he swung Meiringan at Dex's chest, grinning widely.
"I have a feeling that this will be quite amusing," he said, laughing.

Linku, formality is important, especially towards that whom is the captain of the first division," she spoke, bowing her head. Then she grinned, or at least tried to. "The rogue shinigami... I worry what will happen. The last time Aazora from my squad was down there, he told me when he returned that a hollow had attacked while he was helping a soul pass on. It was being led by one of those rogue shinigami," she said, sounding highly nervois. Forcing herself to look him directly in the eyes, she continued. "I think... this is just my opinion, no one elses... that we should hold a captain only meeting to discuss what is happening,"
