"I hope you see your son as well, and I hope you can mend to his heart." Dante didn't want to admit it, but Angel had helped his heart, so hopefully she could help Reaper's? "I just want to know him for some reason and understand him, and maybe you can help him out." Dante shrugged, while thinking of all of the hatred Reaper had. It was a hatred he could not understand, and Dante knew that that made him better then that beast. "I wonder if this hatred you speak of is even curable."
He could tell the mare was tired, and Dante moved over to her and gave her a warm and affectionate snug. "I want you to also get some rest, since you have helped me so much. How can I ever thank you?" The stallion pulled away, and flashed Angel a warm and reassuring smile. "Day by day, I will continue to strengthen myself, just as you have taught me. I will be better, and my life will be better. You are amazing."
He really couldn't thank his grandmother enough, and he bowed his head in a polite nod before turning himself away from her. "Good luck with your son, and I hope I can see you soon to hear some good news. Or at least, any news to that matter. And please come find me if you ever need anything." Dante was still smiling, even as he parted with the mare. For some reason, he felt lighter, and happier! It was so warm, and he closed his eyes as he reflected on the mares words, before finding somewhere to rest himself. He would strive to be like his grandmother, she was a role model that he always dreamed of. And now, that dream could come true!
