Alora gently tried to catch Cadaver's lip with her teeth in a playful manner. "I suppose I can wait. But gosh you might not be able to get up if I find myself to be very warm and cozy in the morning." She loved to sleep in and had found when she was sleeping and cuddled into Cad, she just did not want to move once she was comfortable.
It was different for her too. She had never had anyone close to her in any affectionate or tender, loving gestures before. Her life had been so hellbent on hate and killing others that she never really thought about it, but it was just so wonderful she did not want to give it up for the world. And for that reason she pushed her quest for vengence to the back of her mind, to be locked away and forgotten if she could. A new life was what she dreamed about now, but only if it included the dark stallion at her side.
She felt his muzzle against her cheek and could only embrace it as thoughts swirled in that busy mind of hers. "I think we already did that..or at least..I did.." She paused and furrowed her brow slightly at the faint memory. "I kinda want to stop traveling for a while and stay put somewhere....have a place to call home." A thoughtful expression came over her face as she contemplated.
Brainstorm ideas. She remembered what happened the last time they did that. "Well I suppose it couldn't hurt. " she quirked a brow at him. "Any suggestions? "

"Oh well. Your loss then." He laughed again. The sound of the wind picking up outside perked his ears for a moment. "Looks like we might be in for a bit more snow." The stallions gaze moved towards the opening of the cave a bit aways.
"Ok then. Why don't we just hang around here for a while. Well...we're going to. But maybe for a bit longer till things are greener. Then maybe move on back to the grove? It could be like a seasonal thing...I suppose." Flopping over onto his side. Letting the dry grass scratch at an itch on his flank, he mulled over a few ideas. "I dunno. Maybe open a rehabilitation place for injured bunnies?"

Alora shuddered at the mention of more snow. The cold wind howling outside sounded fierce as it seemed persistant to inflict its chilliness upon them. She buried her head into his chest, seeking to dull out the sounds of the storm outside.
She listened to Cadaver's deep voice as he spoke. "I like that idea. It sounds nice. " She felt him suddenly flop back from her a bit, which startled her a touch as it was unexpected. She nipped at the tender skin that was exposed now with a smirk, " We'd have a better chance at putting them out of their misery then rehabilitating them." She chuckled at the idea.
She mulled over the ideas in her mind and wondered if she should ask him if he wanted a family someday? Perhaps it was too soon now, but...some day. The idea scared her, but at the same time, it intruiged her as well. Or should she just leave it alone and let whatever happens happen?

"Alright then. Its settled." Cadaver wiggled just a bit as she nipped at his sensitive skin. His tail flopping heavily against their dry, grassy bed before he rolled back onto his stomach. Nibbling at Alora's delicate ears. "I think your right. They've probably have a much better chance out there on their own than in here with us."
The stallions ears pricked as the howling of the wind outside seemed to screech and wail. It must of been pretty nasty out there. Luckily they had gotten to the cave before it started to pick up.
Wrapping his head around hers, he smiled. Closing his eyes once again and just enjoying the closeness. A small thought nagging at the back of his mind. She sure was asking a lot of questions about their future. Cad liked to take it one day at a time, but he got the feeling that something was on Alora's mind. "Something on your mind?" A wide grin spread across his face as he nipped at her jawline.

Alora giggled as he wiggled from her little love bites. She squirmed though as he tickled her ears with his own nibbling. "Indeed. We'd either get too anoyed and stomp the life out of them or feel sorry for them and end their pain....either way, could you really see me with a cute, fuzzy bunny?" She quirked a brow at him with a smirk.
Alora noticed his attention was drawn by the winds outside as they clawed across the land, more then likely bringing more snow and ice to the cold, barren landscape. Taking advantage of this momentary distraction, she attempted to n** at his cheek.
Feeling his head wrap around hers, she settled and closed her eyes as well. She too was content to take things a day at a time, but she also wondered what was in store for them and perhaps what his goals or dreams were. She worried if she would be ready for certain responsibilities. But how to tell him that without scaring him or making him uneasy?
"A little. just I guess silly worrying about if I would be ready for certain things and responsibilities...and I wonder what you want for us as well..." She paused a moment, letting her thoughts clear. "I do not want to seem pushy at all, just curiousity I suppose and a silly mare's nagging worries"

"Probably." Was his only reply to her little bunny statement. Really, he didn't care much for bunnies, or rabbits...or any other little critter. It was more of an off the wall statement, but at least it lead to a bit of amusing conversation.
His eyes opened half way as she continued to speak. Certain things? Responsibilities? Cadaver had a nagging suspicion as to what she was heading at. A small smirk appearing on his lips. "Alora, I think you'd be ready for anything. Your a tough mare and you've proven this to me more than once. I am sure you are very capable of handling what ever happened."
Grabbing a small bit of her mane, he tugged on it lightly before letting go. "What I want for us? Its not what I want. Its what we both want. There is no I want you want." His smirk grew wider. "Besides, if we left it up to what I wanted we'd have a whole herd of look a likes."

Alora grinned sheepishly and hid her head in his mane. "but what if I'm not ready? What if .....what if I go insane again?" Alora was terrified of being consumed again...she didn't want that but it was still a fear very much alive within her.
His mane pulling distracted her thoughts and she giggled, nipping back at his muzzle. "A herd of lookalikes? " She looked at him with a confused expression. "I think what I want is to know that I can raise a family some day without having to worry I will go insane again or....turn out like my mother did...I don't want to bring life into the world only to endanger it or anything.."
She raised her eyes to look at him. "What about you? do you want a little =cadaver running around some day?" She knew he had caught on to what she was inquiring about so no sense beating around the bush anymore.

Pulling his head back slightly, he gave her a solemn look. In an odd way his eyes seemed clear even though they were clouded with white. Very focused as if his sight were concentrated on an image that came through so clear. "No one is ever ready for such things. There's no way to prepare for it."
His brows furrowed just slightly, causing small wrinkles to form around his dark ringed eyes. "I won't let you. If you ever feel like you are slipping or I catch you slipping I will find a way to snap you out of it. I know deep in my heart you would never do anything to harm any children we brought into this world, Alora. I have more faith in you than you could ever know." A light frown tugged at the corners of his mouth. Cadaver didn't want to think about such a thing happening. And so he put it to the back of his mind. But still, he would have to come to terms and take control of the situation if such a thing did happen. For all their sakes.
Touching his nose to her cheek, he ran it along the side of her face until his mouth was close to her ear. "I wouldn't mind a few."

Alora was unsure as to why she was even thinking about these kinds of things tonight. Perhaps a near brush with death and everything they had been through really made her want to figure out what she wanted in the future. She winced slightly at his words of preparedness but she soon found comfort in his promise he would never let her go insane again. She smiled and nestled further into his soft mane.
"I hope so..I would never want to harm my own...our own..." Their own....all she could think of now was that some day they would raise their own. When the time was right, it would happen. She knew in her heart he would be a good father.
Alora giggled softly as he ran his nose along her cheek. The closeness felt so nice. but more then that, the whisper in her ear was something that made her heart leap for joy. Now that they had a home of their own for spring, summer, fall and winter....somehow everything fell into place and it all just felt right. She had never dared hope she would be this happy some day....to be free of the hatred that ruled her life for so long...she smiled and leaned her cheek against his muzzle. "nor would I"

"Its the past now. You've moved on from it and have grown stronger. I can just tell that you have. So lets not talk about it anymore for tonight, hm?" Cadaver didn't want to just shove the issue under the rug, no. But at this moment it wasn't the main thing on his mind.
For some odd reason he tried to envision what their foals would look like. It had been a long time since he'd seen his own image and he never truly had seen Alora's. So soon he found it foolish. But it didn't matter to him. If they came from her they were certain to be lovely no matter what.
Pressing his nose against her cheek, he nipped at it lightly a few times. A slight snicker hissing through his teeth as he cocked an ear. "So, I guess I should be expecting like what? Ten, thirteen foals?" Nudging her cheek now, his smile grew into a grin as his little tease. "All boys right?"

Alora nodded in agreement. She had talked enough of the insanity issue for a while. Had she really grown stronger from it? She hoped so.....his belief in her made her feel like perhaps she had. She had overcome her hatred that consumed her very being and it was only because of him..if not for Cadaver...where or what would she be?
Dismissing those thoughts from her mind she enjoyed the close warmth of his body. It was indeed a cold night and she snuggled in closer to him. But this was only to be disturbed by Cadaver's nipping and teasing. She scoffed playfully. "All boys? and do you really think I could carry 10 or 13 foals? Poor little me, I'd be as big as a whale!!" She nudged and poked at him. "You aren't trying to raise an army now are ya? She grinned and nipped his neck.

"Of course all boys! I can't see any possible reason to want girls!" A deep rumble of laughter rose from his chest as he tried to pull off a convincing serious look. "Not all at once no. Unless you like...layed eggs or something. Then I could see it happening." His face went blank for a second as he looked at her. "You don't lay eggs do you?"
Suddenly an innocent look washed over his features as his eyelids fluttered quickly. "Me? Raise an army? Noooo. Perhaps just a little possy or something, but not an army."

Alora nipped at him harder. "Of course there is reason for girls! I'll need a girl to help me handle all the male testosterone around here!" Her eyes went wide when he mentioned not only not all at once...but the idea of laying eggs. "Do I look like a bird? Or a bug!....Wait don't answer that....She swatted at him with her tail as best she could. " Just because I am a lady bug sort of...flutter....soquili...does not mean I lay eggs!!!!!"
Alora wriggled to her knees and nipped at his soft underbelly playfully, but a bit on the hard side too. Lets see you carry foals inside of you and we'll see if you want 10 or 13...or eggs!" She laughed as she went for the tender spots under his front legs. "A little possy I'd teach to kick daddy's a** when he messes with their mother." She giggled as she kept trying to n** at him.

"Well how am I suppose to know these things? I can assure you I'm probably not the first stallion to think that, especially since I've never seen ya know...foals being born." He nipped at her tail, catching a few strands of it in his teeth.
"Ah ah!" Cadaver wriggled as she nipped at his tender skin. Though not too much to injure either of them with violent thrashing. "I'm sorry but I don't think I have the bits to carry foals with." Laughing he shook his head. "Now why would you do a thing like that? I suppose you could take half and then I take half and we'd battle them...or something. Gladiator style."

Alora whipped at Cadaver's rump with her tail. "Well do you think Youuuuu came from an egg?" She felt him grab a few strands of her tail and she whipped at him a few more times with it, all the while laughing.
"Ohhhh bits or not, you should feel what it could be like to carry foals and THENNNNN, have to push them out of ya to be born. Can you imagine something like....a...a....a.. well you must know how big foals are so imagine that being pushed out your back end and having to stretch....you know... to do it!" alora continued to n** playfully, a little softer now. "paiiiiinnnnn, lots of paiinnnnn."
She stopped and gave him a how dare you playful glare. "Oh battle them eh? and jsut what purpose is there to that hmmmmmmm? "
