tangocat777 Ace Paladin HistoryWak Ace Paladin HistoryWak What I heard nothing was mentioned for losing weight. They were talking about it as a Cardiovascular workout. Side Note: No one better start an argument or make a statement saying "It's no substitute for a real gym". We know that already. It's better than nothing at all so there's no point saying it. Shut Up and Move On. EDIT: Looks above. Damn you.... D: xD I'm not coming in here saying "OMG111 it sux111 go 2 A GYM1111" I'm simply referring to Tango's first post. Wiifit will not make you loose weight like some people believe it will.
How's aboutz u shut up n mov on1111"?11"
What's the "Damn you...." for?Did you miss the bolded thing? The "Damn You" was a joke. I didn't say you did come in and do that. Again it was a joke... just forget it. cool I know damn you was a joke, I just didn't know what you were kidding about.
I just wanted to make myself clear. I wasn't attacking WF, I was simply laughing at the fatasses who think 20 minutes on WiiFit after eating 43974832784 donuts is going to save them.Oh, thanks for clarifying. The slight discomfort has turned into LOLs. As I have said before, there are many quirks to being fat if society wasn't so against fat people. Well, a recent study showed that Americans are becoming more tolerant of fat people. I told this to a friend of mine and she immediately responded "That's because fat people like fat people." Of course, considering I think about 70-80% of the people you will ever meet will be considered clinically obese, I think the standards need to be changed. So how about them video games?

That's exaggerating a bit too much. Yes, video games are fun, even though some idgits claim that it causes violence. Makes me wonder what the hell Jacko will say about Wii Fit. Jacko: This game is full of expectations and pressure. It causes people to commit suicide. >.>

Blur already kinda ruined the series, so it why not drive it further into the ground by using the balance board? I thought Blur was pretty good. It had a decent art style and some fun gameplay elements. However, you had to be a master at the Wii Pointer in order to do any good at the game. I think, if applied correctly, a Wii Balance Board capable SSX game would be pretty interesting. Personally, I'd rather them keep jumping and doing tricks to a remote and leave the movement to the Wii Fit board. I mean, if EA were to put some real effort in development and research they could emulate the experience of snowboarding fairly well. I would possibly consider buying it.

Different strokes for blah blah blah. Although, you're absolutely right about a Balance Board control scheme. If they're gonna use it, they should restrict it's use to just movement/steering/leaning and leave all the tricks to the Wiimote or whatever. I think that could work if they put ALOT of time, effort, play-testing, correcting, and overall trial-and-error into it. Remember: if it's something that's never been done before, odds are you're not gonna nail it perfectly on your first try.

Remember: if it's something that's never been done before, odds are you're not gonna nail it perfectly on your first try. Well, luckily, Wii Fit has a snowboarding game in it, so an SSX game would be the second, wouldn't it?[/smart-a**] I understand, as I said, EA would have to put a lot of money into it, and some sort of profile system would have to be necessary to keep track of individual players' height and weight and adjust the gameplay accordingly, because everyone knows a seven year old girl snowboards differently than a 350 pound middle aged man. One of them isn't on the ground crying. And I'll give you a hint, the person crying already has their boobs. But, I a could definitely see jumping on the Wii Board being some sort of stupid issue like people letting go of their Wii-motes when playing Wii Tennis. I'll tell people, "Do you jump on your laptop? No? Then don't jump on your balance board!"
