While I can guarantee you that Bellamin was not GC13 I can image that there would be suspicion about DM characters. Come on, who would make something like this and not want to be part of it. But of course if there was a DM with a character they would certainly keep it secret out of fear of upsetting players. ninja
So with that in mind, what is everyone’s opinion if some of the DM’s already did have them? confused

~Legasp~
How did you think that?
Was it because I never spent too long in the tavern? Well that week, the week that they started that mist island event too. I had to go on hiatus.
It would be fine...
I almost thought that submitted character... What's his name... Fahlgor Skywatcher by Demonic existance, was Fargore, notice the similarities?... Then I thought. Naw... Probably not.

You have to remember... I lurked this guild hardcore when i started, i even catalouged everyones log in/out times... Probablyy timezone things most likely.
HMM.. about the Fahlgor, I thought he was just an immitation, but possible. I also thought Fargore was Imperial. Purpously doing things wrong to teach us the right way.
And if DM's have characters. Why not? Like I said before, how better to learn the system then to actually play it! Though I understand the need for keeping it on the DL. The WOW programmers don't run aroung saying "Hey look at this cool weapon I made!" or "This quest was a b***h to program..." etc. They keep a low profile to get the actual real opinions of things with out the "suck-up-ness" that would undoubtedly come from fan-boyism, you know?
lol i just invented 2 words... awesome!

OK, no matter what comes next I can tell you one thing. GC does not have a character. So even if it turned out that other DM’s do, at least you know that one major DM does not have one. 3nodding
Did I mention anything about myself? sweatdrop

I've had my suspicions that Rps_Admin is a mule of GC13. Now I know may be wrong but just look at the similarities. I mean take a second. One is always on after the other. that and they both have similar standards of writing etiquette. /obvious

I don't need a character! I have enough fun reading everyone elses antics and stratagies. It helps me better understand them and the way they play their character. Ultimately, leading to a most grusome death at the hands of my monster legions!
Mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! twisted

lol some Dm's already have one. I don't think we are going to hate you. Being a character is a whole lot of fun. I understand the lure to wanting to shed those dm responsibilities to just be a player for a bit. Lord knows thats why I've been slacking on getting those spells approved and my special location set up. Been to busy playing the game, well that and college midterms.

One is always on after the other. that and they both have similar standards of writing etiquette. /obvious Well RPS_Admin is not a character, and does not play on the guild at all. I can tell you that I and GC both have access to that account. All we do with it is post official thread stuff like the active adventurers roster. So I don’t really consider it a mule, more of just an admin account.

by the way Fargore...
So... Were you hinting at a secret mule character?
Oh and by the way... If a DM did have a character... Do you think you would treat them differently if you knew?

I won’t say anything about me having a character or not. xp Not because a do necessarily, but just because its so much fun to leave it to mystery rather than give a straight answer. lol But as far as the second question go’s. No way, I would treat them exactly the same.

If a DM was to have a character, I would assume that you higher ups would like to know about it, so you could monitor if the DM was playing favorites with there own characters over the others.
You know, just to make sure things were being fare on all levels.
Though that may get tricky with alternate characters and mules that people don't know are the DM's characters and whatnot.
