emo kenpachi Ulquiorra doesnt allways take things serious and grimjaw Underestimates everying thing and everyone so yeah its equal but grimjaw does have his release is quiet good and very interesting true

As you can see by the video, Grimmjow is not only a confident fighter, he catches Ulquiorra off guard several times. And Ulquiorra does lose, because what if that was a cero? BAM!

Man, what the heck you talkin' bout??? Ichigo gets killed by Ulquiorra. they dont fight again, and ichigo doesn't ever even get close to winning. only his clothes were tattered after that hollow getsuga tensho. he didnt have a scratch

Well they did fight (kinda), and Grimmjow (kinda) won! he used that cube and sent Ulq. to another demention, so grimmjow in a way would win, but without the cheat he played, i think that it would be a really really close fight but ulq. would win, because ilq, beat ichigos butt and ichigo beat grimmjows butt, so it all adds up biggrin But hey, you never know.

ulqiorra could beat hollow masked bankai ichigo without even taking the fight seriously so its obvious that he would win.
