Shape Size Line Direction Texture Color Value
Balance - it's like a seesaw, the heavier person has to sit closer to center to balance with the lighter person on the farther end biggrin Harmony Gradation Variation Alternation Contrast Dominance (Temperature, direction, value-low key, high key, full range) Unity - create order from chaos
Focal points tend to have the greatest contrast in various design elements..I would imagine this isn't always the case whee
Obviously when you're drawing you can't possibly think about all of these at once D: but some artists do it sub-consciously 3nodding
