If you got a reason to live… Jessica sat up again. For some reason, she doesn't feel settled. Why not? She always felt content when she was here. Something just doesn't seem to be completed...But what? It might have something to do with coming here at night. "Wait, why am I here at night?" She thought, suddenly realizing. She stood up and walked toward a side of the lake and looked down into her reflection. Wait, what? Her eyes glowed red even in the darkness. And why was she able to see in the dark anyway? Shakily, she slowly dipped a finger inside the water only to withdraw it again quickly. It was her in the reflection. Startled, she straightened up and began to walk along the side of the lake. Maybe it's all a bad dream. Maybe it'll all go away soon.

Adrian wtached the girl as she stood up. He could sence she was feeling distressed, and her actions soon showed the same. She began to pace around the lake after being startled by her own relfection. Another breeze swirled around the area of the lake and through the forest. It brought Adrian the distressed scent of the girl he could see in front of him, and also the scent of another girl somewhere by the lake. Somewhere he couldn't see. Stricken with curiosity, Adrian ran at a demonic speed around the lake, sniffing the air silently. He soon came across the holder of the new scent. He watched carefully from his cover of the trees, though the trees were much closer to the lake then on the other side of it. He could see distinct features on this girl. She too seemed a bit confused. "Do these girl's not know of their deaths or their current existance?" He pondered mentally. "Perhaps I should help these poor Abandoned girl's, and if they do not wish for my...help. Well, The Abandon always taste better then humans." He thought sinically. Adrian stepped out from his cover, his steps lithe and silent, and apprached the girl. His eyes glowing red, a crimson red, in the moonlight.

((Lol. XD Sorry.))
Adriana began to remember a little. Not all of it though. She still isn't sure if she's dead or still alive. Maybe this is just a dream. Someone wake me up. She thought to herself. She shook her head. She didn't ask for this. She didn't ask for any of this. It could've been worse though. She continued to stare at her reflection, staring at her own red eyes. They were green before, but why red? Why did it change? The water moved. She didn't touch the water. Someone is here. She raised her head up to see if there's anyone nearby. It was too dark for her to see. Stomp. Stomp. Stomp. She could hear the footsteps behind her. It was faint, but she could hear it. She quickly stood up and there is a boy. His eyes were glowing red. Just like hers. There's no need to be scared...Right? She thought to herself as she tries not to scream. She bit her bottom lip and raised one of her arms, as if she's protecting herself. "W-who...are you?" She said in a whisper. She doesn't know what's she is feeling right now. Confused? Scared? Home-sick? Wake me up...Someone.

Adiran smiled a kind smile, though his fangs pointing out from under his upper lip may have betrayed his kindness. "I am Adrian." He said calmly. "Don't be afraid, dear little Abandon. I wont harm you if you wont, me." Adrian smiled again. His voice was smooth and suductive, though he didn't fully intend it to be so. He looked the girl over very breifly. She was very attractive, even for being in her vampiress form. He was curious as to how she looked when she walked amongst the humans. "You look confused. Is there anyway I can help you?" He offered kindly. As Adrian smiled at the girl in front of him the moonlight shimmered off his crimson red eyes and his pale white skin. His open shirt allowing his bare chest to shine as well as his gentle but hardened face.

Katya opened her eyes. The night sky filled her vision and the stars twinkled. Groggy, she blinked then frowned. She thought to sit up but failed when a strong ache spread everywhere prompting her to lie back down. Wincing, she let out a groan and closed her eyes.
"Ow." She whispered.
She was sore all over. What in the world could have happened? Her whole body hurt. It's like I've been hit by a car or something...
That very thought made her freeze as a memory suddenly flooded her brain. Shaking her head, she forced herself up right and made herself stand. Did she...? Was she...? She needed time to think.

As the boy smiled, his fangs appeared. A...vampire? He looks human. Who am I kidding? I'm just trying to convince myself that. She thought to herself as she looked down at her own two feet. This isn't a dream. It wasn't a dream at all. Maybe a realistic dream. She smiled a bit back. She smiled in a confusing way, actually. She opened her mouth as if she was about to say something, but then closed it. The words isn't coming out of her mouth. "M-my name i-is Adriana." She managed to say in a stutter. She puts her hands over her face and closed her eyes. A bit...embrassing. He's trying to be nice! Calm down, Adriana "Fool..." She said under her breath to herself. She held out her hand and shook Adrian's hand. "Nice to meet you." Those are the words she could ever think of without appearing...offensive towards him. She doesn't want to get all cranky towards him, after all that happened. It was weird with the fact that he is calming her down. His voice sounds so seductive and smooth. She's not going to fall for that though, even if he's not pulling any tricks. Now is not the time to be doing those things. When he asked if she needed any help, millions of questions ran through her head. Yes, I want to ask you what the heck is happening to me? She wanted to say that out loud, but didn't. She kept her eyes leveled with his. She nodded slowly as her answer. "There are a lot of questions I want to ask. I don't know what to start." She replied to his answer. "Where am I? What's happening to me? Why am I like this?!" She said in a worry tone, almost sounds like she wanted to scream. She shook her head. "I'm sorry. I almost snapped. I'm just in a shocking situation right now." She apologized and puts her hands over her chest. Her heart felt like it's going to rip right out of her.

Adrian shook Adriana's hand and smiled. His proper stance made him a bit taller then Adriana, but being short even for a male the height difference wasn't much. He chuckled softly at the girl's flustered attitude. "She certainly is a newborn." He thought to himself. "It's quite alright. I remember being just as confused at you were. It is alot to handle, physically and mentally. For your first question, you are jsut outside a small city. The forest surrounds the lake and both border on a small town. I'm not sure the town's name to be honest. I don't spend much time there. As for you second question, your body is becoming accustumed to its new form. For your unasked question, you are a vampiress my dear." He paused and let that sink in before speaking again. "While human, you must have died somehow or someway, and I am guessing an Abandon vampire saw you. I can only assume they brought you out here either before or after biting you. You have become a type of vampire that not only hunts at night with a lust for blood, but you can survive in the daylight and transform into a human form. Your human form allows you to live a normal life, as if you never died. The difference is, you are immortal now. At least to human disease or attempts on your life." Adrian realised he was going a bit into detail and didn't give Adriana time to think about her new situation. "My appalogies. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask." He said once more. All through his explaination, Adrian's eyes never left Adriana's and his tone remained calm, relaxed and even somewhat ammused.

Adriana look beyond the forest and could see a small opening leading to the city. She doesn't recognize the city, but it would be great if she could find a bed and something for her to drink. She felt so thristy all the sudden. She clenched her thoat as Adrian was explaining. A...vampriess. She thought to herself. How did he even know that? Is he physic? She shook her head. She didn't want to believe a single word he was saying, but there is a fact that her body is really is changing. Her glowing red eyes, her thrist for...blood. Blood...I don't want to end up taking an innocent life...drinking their blood. She felt a sudden pain on the side of her neck. She groaned a bit and placed her hand over it. When she withdrew it, there was blood. "I was...really bitten." She muttered. She doesn't know if he heard her, but she doesn't care. "How do you know all of that anyways? Are you one of the Abandon too?" She asked him, staring straight back. Even if she tried to glare, her eyes remained soft. Her aunt says that all her eyes ever say to her is "sorrow". She laughed at that, but when she looked at herself in the mirror, it is true. But she could easily cover it by simply smiling. It fooled everyone. She felt weak all the sudden. As if she is ready to drop.

Adrian saw Adriana waver as if she were about to feint. He was suddenly behind her holding her up. If she had control over her new eyes she would have seen him move, but still being a newborn she may not have. He leaned in and whispered in her ear. "No. I am not an Abandon. I am a Solitude. A vampire who can never live with the humans. One who can only come out at night or when the sun if compleatly hidden. I am a creature of the night, as you should remain as well. At the least...untill you can control yourself and transform into a human form." Adrian gently place him strong, pale hands on her shoulders gently so he wouldn't hurt her, but with enough force to hold her up. "There is much more explaining to do, but for now you must feed. Animals in the area are best if you do not wish to kill humans."

Hiro woke up that morning with a stiff back and a headache, he hated working late on jobs. He got out of his bed and walked into his kitchen and grabbed some orange juice. Last night had been his hardest job in a while, and he didn't like the way he had to perform it. He was a hired assassin for a local vampire clan known as The Abandon and he would do "jobs" for them about 3 times a week. This job was especially difficult. He had to assassinate a gang leader and his second in command without leaving a trace. He sat down at his table and looked outside his window, this morning he wanted to go out in the town and see if he could find some roommates to help him pay for the rent plus he liked meeting new people, especially with his vampiric charm. He put his glass down and went upstairs to change clothes then he went outside seeking new faces.
