Jacob sits up and then goes to slam backwards with his elbows out, going to slam one into the chest area of Cartwright and the other would hit his lower stomuch area

Jacob landed on the apron went fliped over the ropes, he goes to then hit Cartwright with a "Rope Neckbreaker"...
((I don't know the name...it is when the attack pulls the head of victim as they jump off the apron and try to slam the back or front of the neck into the ropes))
