((Oh god ~ We should keep a tally of how many injuries Conny gets... >> Poor Bakari... e3e;;; So much stress in his life x3))
Bakari was in the kitchen pulling out ingredients for dinenr and whatever else he needed. He looked over a couple of yummy recipes that seemed to work for what he was making. Ears perking as he heard the thumping, he looked aorund curiously.. THat...hadnt sounded to good. He sure hoped it wasnt Conny.
Starting out of the kitchen he called for his mate. "Conny?" MOving quickly he saw the wolf at the bottom of the stairs. "Conny!!?" He urged himself to his mate for the shock was making his legs not wanting to move. Going over he knelt next to the other and leaned down. "Conny!?" He was about to shake him when he stopped finding that wouldnt be much of a wise decision.
Looking around slightly panicked he tried to think about what to do. COnny had said Hunter was around... but where?! Looking up the stairs he called, hoping that maybe his son would hear him. "Hunter!?" Muttering to himself, he picked the wolf up gently, bridal style and moved him to a couch. He was sort of okay... He was still breathing which was ALWAYS a good thing. He needed to call the hospital.
Wait... should he call, or just take him? Call. Yes, call. He picked up the phone, and tried to get the wolf to respond to him as it rung.

((LOL yes, keeping tally would be good. XD Though, noone ever said having an accident prone mate (wether his fault for getting the accidents or not) would be an easy thing to handle. XD
Poor Bakari, I feel sorry for him to, but in the long run, at least we know he will always be there for Conny, unlike some guys who probably would think having a far to accident prone mate was too stressful and to annoying etc to handle so they would leave him. I know quite a few anthros in this world that would hate a mate like this, so lets just be happy Bakari is one of the sweeter anthros. XD; ))
Conny aroused ten minutes later, nothing but a few bruises, a slightly sore head, probably from a small bump and that was about it, other then those few things he was perfectly fine "sweetie" he said smiling up at him, eyes a little closed. "Im fine, Nova treated me terribly ever since Shink and I were born, he never liked me, he never always used to push me around, bully me etc, this is just basically a gentle shove aside from what he used to do to me.
Im fine, really, I just got a little dizzy and fell, thats all, im fine really, I got a broken arm and leg thanks to Nova when I was growing up and that wasnt the worst of it, so plewase, dont worry about me." He said raising slowly and sat agiesnt his mate, cuddling him "givem me a few minutes and I will be fine, Nova and I may get along now but him bullying me so much did give me a tougher exterior and interior then what it probably seems.
Just give me a few moments here and I will be back to my old sel...a little attered and still have the cold obviously but I will be able to eat dinner with you and Hunter, I promise." He said reaching up and kissing his mates cheek "just please, go get me a couple of asprin? It's been about six hours since I last had any, I think it may be best to take more, help get rid of some of this pain in my head."
He said to his mate, nuzzling him, thankful he was there with him "besides, if it gets me a few more minutes cuddling with you, falling down the stairs a little way is always a good thing" he said teasing his mate playfully a little.
Hunter looked up from where he was reading, looking over a few old books that were still in the hidden room that he was in and wondered who called him, thinking it was his imagination he went back to reading.

Bakari looked at the other as he finally awoke and hung up the phone having been put on hold for some god foresaken reason. Never again would he call, he'd just go... The rabbit moved over and gently stroked the others hair looking him over with a bit of concern.
He wrapped his arms around the other and nuzzled him gently. "Never the less, you really scared me... You should go to the doctor. Really. Just to check up on things.... Humor me for once...."
Looking the other over a bit once more he placed his forehead on the others. "Please?"
((BTW are we havinmg them discuss the ooption of having babies or is Conny pregnant? =D ))

((I have no idea, for some reason, I never exactly thought of that. Should of, being a rather important factor and all... ^^; ))
Conny sighed "if I didnt love you so much and you wernt so damn cute I would have to say no" he said leaning foward and kissing him a little "fine, I will go, if only to make you happy." He said as he murred happily "and im sorry for scaring you" he said as he cuddled his mate a little more "though, can you please go get our son? He is in the library...well sort of, hes reading one of the old books in the secret passage way room thing in there.
The passage way is open, just go through though, im sure you can follow the tunnel to it after that, be careful though, its a little orn, a little old and needs repair, theres a few holes here and there that fall under the foundation. I will et someone to fix them later, they arnt anything major, just be careful going through, no use you ending up with a twisted ankle or whatever yourself" he said to his mate, closing his eyes, not wanting to let him go just yet.

((Well now is a good time to decide =D ))
"Thank you ~" The other gave a small sigh as he snuggled against his mate once again. The rabbit just stayed there for a few moments before kissing the top of the others head and getting up. "Ill go get Hunter then I'll start dinner."
At that he started off to get his son. He knew what Conny was talking about as he went to the library and to the passage way. He hadnt explored much but he'd always been meaning too. Stepping around a hole he kept moving. Finally he found Hunter and sighed slightly. "Your mother would like you. I think he has an errand for you to run while I start dinner."

Hunter didnt move or even look up, he was to busy reading a book on the history of the house, he had gotten so involved in it that he was, like he usually did when involved deeply in things, ignoring everyone else around him.
((Hmmm well he has to go to the doctors anyway, so why not find out that hes pregnant then? Kills two birds with one stone then.
1) Bakari wanted him to go
2) the pregnancy/finding out hes pregnant/etc
So this would work out well anyway, and no rping doctor visit later and everything. XD ))

Hunter carry on reading, not bothering to look up, why would he? Finding out about the original owners of this place and how they died was just facinating, he just couldnt stop reading now, not when this was just to perfect to put down.
((This is why one never lets Hunter read interesting books, trying to get him to stop is a nightmare. XD))

The rabbit quirked an eyebrow at the other curiously. He knew his son was a reader, but one thatlost himself this much? Sure it was okay to daydream, but goodness... Canting his head he lifted one of his hands and tugger with a small smirk on the others ear curious....

((It was part of the reason he passed getting his vet licence so fast, due to how much he loved to read, finding animal care/illness' etc totally interesting and having a great mind for remembering things, it was easy for him to pass.
To bad he never learnt to stop getting so involved in books. XD; ))
Hunter finally looked up "oh, sorry, were you wanting me?" He asked his father curiously.

"Technically I already am downstairs" he said playfully to his father "and alright, thats fine, though can I finish the chapter im on first? I just have two pages to go" He asked his father, having a feeling he knew what the answer would be.

Bakari quirked an eyebrow and crossed his arms. "I have a feeling if I say yes, you wont appear till after the entire book is finished. How about you go see what your mom wants first. Then ask him if you can finish your book."

Hunter looked at the book, thinking about what his father said "well, concidering I just am up to chapter five out of a twenty five chapter book, a rather thick 25 chapter book, I think you may have a point." He said giggling a little "so fine, I will go see what mom wants first" he said bookmarking the page and closing it before getting up and stretching "lets go" he said walking past his father, kissing his cheek on the way past and making his way back out into the main house.
Conny had laid down on the seat, eyes closed, deciding he would get a little sleep before he actually had to go.
