Daray, who was cowering within the folds of Orion's shirt, was peeking out at Eithan and Orion, trembling as they screamed at eachother.
Apparently, Eithan had banned Orion from doing something. Daray, being the young thing he was, didn't know what though.

"It's none of your business, Eithan!"

"It is my ******** business! I ******** walked in on you two!"

Orion clenched his fists, eyes flashing dangerously. A second later, he'd picked up a lamp and hurled it at Eithan, catching him in the head. Eithan slumped to the ground, a large gash extending from the center of his forehead, past his eyebrow, almost to his temple.

Sure, it didn't seem like much of a reason to throw a lamp, but there had been things said that morning that had sent Orion flying off the handle. Comments of him being an underaged slut and the like. It wasn't his fault Luke had climbed into bed with him. Nothing had happened, from what Orion knew. He didn't even know the boarder was in there until he woke up.

Staring at Eithan's unconcious form, Orion started to get worried. What if he was dead? From a lamp? It didn't seem likely....but still. He wasn't moving...and Orion wasn't sure if he was breathing or not.

The older boy's navy hair was sticking to the blood oozing from the gash, dying the tips of the area a sickening red.

"Oh god...."

Orion, not being a very violent person, felt no satisfaction in having hurt Eithan, the boy he'd once had a crush on. Yes, he'd had a crush on him. Was that so hard to believe? Even when he was a kid, he felt inclined to him. But, when he grew, he'd wanted to 'broaden his horizons' persay.

But now, he'd gone and done this. He moved and knealt down beside Eithan, doing the automatic thing and checking his pulse. He couldn't find one...

"s**t..."

He felt hot tears leak out of his eyes. He'd killed him. He'd killed Eithan, the one who had looked after him when the other people in the house were abusive.

He shook him in a failed, and pointless attempt to wake him up. He was dead, and no matter how hard Orion shook, no matter how much CPR he did, Eithan wasn't coming back.

Just as Orion was trying again, a certain someone punched him rather hard in the chest, causing him to stumble backwards, shocked.

"That ******** hurt...little b***h," Eithan, seemingly unable to move to much, had his hand to his head and seemed about ready to fall unconcious again.

Orion just stared at him...he was dead, he'd been sure of it. "You..but, I thought...I thought you were dead..." It came out unintentionally soft.

"From a lamp? That's sad...wouldn't that be something to see on the news...seventeen-year-old, killed by ornamental lamp. Way to go Eithan." Orion could clearly hear the sarcasm, not to mention anger in Eithan's slurred and groggy words.

"I'm sorry..."

Silence, then,"Not yet you're not."

Eithan wa getting up, looking royally pissed. He picked up the lamp as he went, stepping over the shattered pieces of lightbulb as he moved toward Orion.

With a frightened cry, Orion scampered out the door, down the hall and kept going until he was out of the house and heading...somewhere. He wasn't thinking clearly, but it'd catch up with him eventually.

Orion grumbled into his pillow as his alarm went off. Six o'clock, way to early to get up under the current circu-wait...his alarm clock? That would mean he was in his bedroom.

He lifted his head uncertainly, gazing around. Yep, this was definately his room. With the black, dark blue and red...and the wholly intact ornate lamp on his beside table. What on Earth?

It took the poor boy an unnaturally long time, but finally it came to him. It had been a dream. He flopped back down, staring ahead of him for a bit, before rolling out of bed and hurrying downstairs to the kitchen to see a completely fine Eithan, frying some eggs.

"'Morning, kid."

"Eithan!"

Orion launched himself at the older boy, clinging to his neck and most probably cutting of his air supply.

"You're ok!"

"You sure?"

Eithan wheezed and tried to push Orion off, and once he managed that almost impossible task, he could breath again. He rubbed his throat and stared at the widely grinning Orion. Of course, it looked like the younger boy was about to cry aswell, so he started backing up.

"Orion?"

Orion just let out a little laugh and hurried out of the room, living Eithan standing there, bewildered and not noticing his shirt was this close to setting on fire from the untended stove.

((If no one was expecting this, you should've noticed the fact that Eithan got up way to quickly, and was infact dead for a minute, until Orion 'changed his mind'. If you did think it would happen, good job! neutral ))

Orion was drifting about the house, 'accidently' running into Eithan every ten minutes, just to see him stare. The other boy was giving him alot of not exactly unwanted attention. In short, Orion was enjoying it thoroughly.

Eithan shook his head, yanking Alegra's newpaper from her hands and opening it quickly so he had something to hide behind. Or, more precisely, to hide the heavy blush that had made it's way into the youth's cheeks. What the hell was Orion playing at, prancing around like that anyway?!

"Hi!"

Alegra gave Orion an exasperated look,"You've walked in 'ere five times now, and each time, you say tha same ruddy thing."

"Sorry!"

Orion smiled at her cheerfully and moved over to Eithan, sitting in his lap and resting his head on his shoulder."When are you going to bed, Eithan?"

"...why?"

"Just wondering."

"Um-now, I guess..."

"Ok! Just let me get ready."

"Huh?"

Orion got up and hurried out of the room, the piercing in his lip glinting as he passed under the light, then left the room.

"I-wha-huh?"

"He wants to sleep in yer room tonight."

Eithan spluttered and looked at her increduously,"What?! WHY!?"

"Because you've bin' makin' googly eyes at 'im all ruddy day, an' he wants ta tease ya."

"...you sound weird."

"Dun change the subject."

---------

So, not long after, Eithan found himself, lying on his back with a now equally tall Orion snuggled up to him. He was staring at the ceiling, so he failed to see the small smirk gracing the teen's lips.

((No, nothing happens. Eithan likes Orion, and Orion's being an a**. I was intending for them to get together, but things changed for the better XD))
PostPosted: Mon Aug 15, 2005 11:11 am

Orion sat on the back porch, brushing his hair and looking distant. His glasses glinted in the slowly fading sunlight as he gazed ahead of him, blinking every now and then and taking on a thoughtful expression. Why was he so thougthful? He was thinking over his relationship with Dare and Trinket. It wasn't as confusing as he thought it would be...

He was also thinking about Luke. He'd been acting a little odd lately. Orion had long since accepted his sleeping habits, but he'd been reading an awful lot lately, the same book all the time. And it wasn't so much reading, just...inspecting, as if he were trying to figure it out. Whenever Orion asked him about it, he just got that arrogant look, that always made him leave the room out of annoyance.

The teen jumped slightly as someone said something behind him. He turned to see Eithan leaning against the wall with his hands in his pockets, slowly growing hair falling into his face."You ok, kiddo?" That made Orion smile.

"I'm fine."

"You sure? You seem out of it."

"I'm fine, seriously."

There was a moments silence, then Eithan pushed away from the wall and Eithan moved to sit next to Orion on the porch swing. They didn't say anything as the seat rocked a little, creaking softly as they moved backwards. The sun started sinking behind the horizon when Eithan spoke up again,"So...what's going on with you and your friends?"

Orion blinked, intrigued by the tone of Eithan's voice."Dare and Trinket. We're more than friends now, I reckon."

He smirked lightly and glanced away just in time to miss the dejectedly look that momentarily flashed across Eithan's face.

"Right...well, your show is on in a few."

Eithan got up and walked inside, leaving Orion to give the back of his head a curious, yet confused look.

Dear Diary, Journal-thing,

Rucci has been acting weird. Apparently she found a blue-fluffy thing on her bedside table and she's been watching it as if it were going to move of something.

I like it personally. It's soft, and pretty. She seems to like it too. Either that or she's suspicious of it...she won't let anyone get rid of it, but she won't touch it either.

Me. I think it's another pet. They've been popping up alot lately. Like a while back, Eithan found this cool hat, and I swear while he was wearing it, it blinked at me. I've named it Haturis, and all I get is odd looks when I talk to it. But who cares? It needs to be looked after. I'd feed it...but it doesn't seem to have a mouth.

Anyway...on the subject of Eithan. He's been avoiding me...I don't like it when he does that. It makes me feel like I did something wrong.

I tried to ask what, but he won't talk to me!

And I haven't seen Trinket and Dare for a bit...it's getting a little lonely, to tell the truth. I'll admit, I'm a social person, and this lack of socializing it, well...it sucks.

Luke isn't even around to talk to! We think he may have left, because we haven't seen him for a few days and the room he sleeps in is cleared out. So, yeah...he left. Not sure where too though. Funny thing though...he left after Rucci said she was going to give that room a window....

Anyway, I have to go. Time for breakfast I think. Daray is squeaking at me and gnawing on my earlobe, so I better go make some cornflakes.

~Orion.

This life wasn't as fun as he'd thought it would be. He'd though it would be no work and all play. But he didn't like the things he was forced to do. By Rucci and the customers. It made him feel dirty, and degraded, and there was no way out. Rucci wouldn't let him. Once you're signed up, she won't let you go. Especially when you were bringing in as much business as Orion was.

He sat in his rather royal-looking room, angry tears already dried on his face. He was glaring at a spot on the floor, trying to make the rich carpet burn. Burn the room, burn him. It wouldn't work though.

Even Eithan hadn't been able to help him. And he'd tried, Orion knew he had. But, now he was missing. Orion had no idea where he was, he'd been gone for days, and no one had said a thing about it, just silently accepted it and gone on with their lives.

Maybe he'd just left...not being able to stad these...these...people any longer.

Yeah...that was it. And Orion was going to leave too. Tonight, before they'd call him to work.
...
Later that night.

Orion was feeling overly happy. He'd managed to contact Ed, that lady that had taken Nuka and his siblings when Orion first came here, and after giving her a heart-wrenching tale of his hardships, which he knew she didn't take as seriously as he'd wanted, she'd agreed to let him stay with her until he found somewhere else to live. AKA: Until he was old enough to be on his own.

He'd finished packing the last of his stuff, having been shipping his stuff off since he'd finished making arrangements. He looked around, making sure he'd left nothing behind. He hadn't.

He went over to the window, checking the time. He had to get out before the security system went on for the night.

Down he went, using the lattice on the wall as a ladder, then he glanced around, biting his lip nervously. His heart was pounding in his throat and he felt like he could collapse. He'd been here the majority of his life, never daring to leave unless given permission.

What if he was caught, what would they do to him? Now wasn't the time to worry, he only had so much time. He started towards the front gates, looking behind him nervously and sticking to places were he could hide.

Eventually, it got to much and he flat out ran for freedom.

At any time he was expecting to hear shouting, or even the guard dogs barking, but they didn't. He neared the fence, grinning as he thought of living in that small house, when he heard the hushed talk of the security guards.

Stopping in his tracks, he heard them coming closer. He couldn't move, he was too caught up in the momen. Scared, in other words. God, they were going to catch him. Run. His legs wouldn't move. Why now? Stupid appendages.

Just when he thought he would be caught, someone wrapped an arm around his chest, putting a hand over his mouth and...yanking him up into the tree. What in the world?

Orion struggled, letting out muffled cries until a rather familiar voice hissed in his ear for him to shut up.
...
Luke?

The guards were underneath them, flashing the lights in all the darker areas."There's no one here. What are you talking about?"

"I heard someone."

"You thought you heard something. Let's get back to the monitors before we get fired."

They left, and Orion's mouth was uncovered. He opened it to say something, but Luke started talking,"Come on. Eithan's waiting for you. I told him you were leaving."

"Eithan? He's...ok then?"

"Yeah, he left. What did you think happened?"

"Nothing...nothing."

"Alright then, let's go."

Orion hollered and kicked at his bedroom door, screaming threats about murdering them all in there sleep.

Oh, if you hadn't noticed, he'd been caught running away. And Luke couldn't help him, due to him being shot. They'd dragged Eithan back aswell, and taken him into the basement. Orion didn't know what was happening to him, but he couldn't care less right now.

"You ******** b***h! Let me out!"

He'd been like this for the whole week he'd been in there. He was in a spare room, while they set up his old one like nothing had happened.

He'd been shocked when Rucci had come in and asked why he'd run away, and tried to reason with him. They'd come to an agreement, but Orion definately didn't appreciate being locked in here.

He kicked the door viciously before walking over to the bed in the corner of the room and sitting down, picking up a small vase off the bedside table and throwing it at the wall.

Hey. It wasn't his. Why should he care if it broke?

He sighed and looked at his hands in a resigned way, eyebrows dipped. "******** house..."

Well, it wasn't as bad as where he'd been before here. Well, actually...God, he'd just stop thinking now.

Flopping backwards, he put his arm over his eyes, after removing his glasses and dropping them on the bed beside him. Might aswell get some sleep...he was getting a headache.

((It's weak, and small, but I just couldn't be bothered right now.))

Life was going infinately better for the chocolate loving teen. He was still getting money lavished on him, and those disgusting men had finally packed up and moved on to someone else. That was the worst mistake he had made in his life, and he was lucky to have gotten out of it.
Orion suspected Rucci was going soft, what with nearly loosing Eithan, and the fact that she was most likely pregnant for the second time, though she didn't want to admit it, or believe it.
He was sitting in the loungeroom, watching the work being done on the kitchen. The house was getting bigger. Which meant Rucci was getting richer, which meant Orion would get more things.
He'd grown used to be treated like a little prince, unfortunately. He got away with alot, and he loved it. His days were full of wasting Rucci's money, 'borrowing' Eithan's new car (which, shockingly, Rucci had given him out of the blue), and his nights were filled with parties, drinking and sex. With people around his age, of course. He was through with older men...
"Will you get your pompous a** up?"
Orion glared at Eithan, who was standing behind the couch, "I thought I asked you to get me a drink?"
Apparently, that wasn't what Eithan was looking for, because he crouched down behind the couch, and the next thing Orion knew, he was flying off of it onto that new, expensive coffee-table. Oh....Rucci was going to kill him...
"Now. What did you say? I don't think I quite heard you."
".....ok."
A couple of guys moved the couch to the side, to make room for some thing or another, whilst Orion got up gingerly.
"That was mean."
"Well, you should've learnt by now that I'm not your slave. And if you continue to try and order me around, you really will be someone's b***h."
Orion pulled a face,"Whatever. Your Mom wouldn't let y-..."
Actually, Rucci had been letting Eithan do alot of things lately. Orion shifted a little and took a few steps back, clearing his throat.
"So...how's Luke?"
"He'll live, obviously. He keeps disappearing, then coming back saying something about...Samara? Think he's watched the ring, or what?"
"Samsara, you idiot. He lives with Trinket."
"Whatever." Eithan turned away, waving a hand dismissively,"I'm thirsty, go get me a water."
Orion twitched, but did as he was told. Right now, Eithan was the last person whe wanted to play b***h to.

Lack of a social-life was bound to kill Orion, had he had it his way. He hadn't seen his friends in ages, he spent most of his days doing nothing, but staring at Rucci's now swollen stomach. Life sucked, right now at least.
Pets had come pouring in as of late, but none of them liked the teen very much. Except for that pink, demonic thing...he couldn't get rid of her. It was better than nothing though. Better than dying from boredom, atleast.
He had his hair hanging loose, and was dressed in simply a pair of jeans and a tight shirt. He wasn't in the mood for making himself look good, when they only ones that would see it was Rucci, Eithan and his new girlfriend. b***h. He hated that girl with a meaningless passion.

She was way too skinny, and way to...dark, for Eithan. She was like a vampire, almost. Apart from the whole blood-drinking and such. She liked to bite though, which disturbed the poor boy to no end. Those bite marks on Eithan's chest...they made him shudder. Must've hurt something awful. That's his opinion, anyway.

"You're still here, then?" Came a somewhat exhasperated voice, and Orion looked up to see Rucci frowning at him, arms crossed and long braid hanging over her shoulder.

"Yes."

"Why, exactly. Don't you have a life?"

Ouch...Orion glared and got up off the couch, crossing his arms defiantely, but looking down at the ground. Nope. No life, just you people.

"Get out of the house, go somewhere. It's not healthy for you to be inside all the time, on that damned computer."

"You don't usually care, Mom."

"I do, I just don't say anything."

A bunch of bills and coins where stuffed into his hands, and he was told to get changed and go buy himself some more of those slutty clothes he liked so much. That perked him up a great deal. Shopping, with someone elses money...this was the best day of his forsaken life.

"Can I take Tina's car?" He asked, giving his foster-mom a sly grin. He knew she hated Eithan's latest ******** as much as he did, and was delighted when he got a smirk and a small nod. As long as Tina was living here, Rucci had control over her things.

So, that's how Orion found himself driving rather recklessly in the shiny new Shelby Cobra. He only had his learners, but who gave a damn. If he crashed, it wasn't his car. And Rucci would be thrilled.

"Where to, then, Mister Bob?" He tapped the Marilyn Manson bobblehead's head, then grinned, "Downtown, you say? With all that traffic. Well, alright."

((Long overdue, I know. And it's half-arse, because I just cannot get my brain to work. Sue me.))
PostPosted: Wed Oct 26, 2005 6:30 pm

It'd been about ten days since Tina had moved out, and Orion, along with Rucci, were on the upstairs balcony, knocking back a few and laughing over how easy it had been to get rid of the Wicked Witch.
"Mom, Eithan doesn't seem too upset about Tina leaving."
"You were trying to upset him?"
"No, I just don't understand why."

There was an almost-evil laugh from the pregnant woman as she relaxed in her deck chair, sipping her drink and smirking.

"These people mean nothing to him. They're just sex." She was watching Orion with a look he was too sure he wanted to comprehend, "You though-"

"What about me?"

"You're sex, AND feelings. Personally, I don't care for feelings...or having sex with a sibling, but still! He's my son, and it's not like I'm ashamed of him."

"Maybe you should tell him that once in a while."

"Don't sass me, boy. But, as I was going to say. Do something to either stop him, or talk to him, or whatever the devil you people do when you feel."

She took another sip, and Orion officially decided that this woman was hopeless in the ways of love...so was he, but that was beside the point. He smirked at the thought of her with a boyfriend, then looked scared, then disgusted, then angry. Mixed emotions, how fun.
No man had the right to touch his mother, the only men that came here were pigs, and what she'd do to them once she got sick of them wasn't pleasant...

"I'm going out, Ma."

"Whatever."

"Love you too," Orion said sarcastically, waving over his shoulder as he stepped back into the house, plotting. Yes, plotting.

Note: There will eventually be a post here, but I'm running out of things for this little s**t, and I need to think.
My entries are getting irrelevent, and it annoys me, so there may not be a post for awhile until I think up some twisted, horrible thing to do to Bluey.

Other than give him that name.

I apologize if this bothers anyone, but I don't really mean it That sounded dorky. Instead, you'll live if I don't post for about...a week? Yeah. Not my fault my brain is running low on whatever it runs on in the first place.

That's all.

Orion’s surroundings had changed drastically in a few short weeks. As in, they’d moved into a completely different house. It was no longer a mansion, but a moderately large house that WOULDN’T suit the Queen Mother.
The blue-haired teen loved it. It was quiet, but still near enough to civilization that he could go on his weekly shopping trips. His style had taken a dark turn lately. He still wore blue, but it was still somehow darker, more depressing, even if he wasn’t. Not just the whole chains/spikes/leather thing either (though, those were frequent), he wore lace and silk and all that jazz.
He now only lived with Rucci, Eithan, and the baby girl, who was born two weeks ago. Her, being the reason they’d moved out. She was a pretty little thing, but Gods above, did she have a set of lungs on her.

It brought on a change in the boy. He was less…selfish, you could say. The smaller house made him feel as if they didn’t have all the money in the world. Though, if he didn’t have as many outfits as it was possible to buy in a week, he’d get upset. Now, I won’t go so far as to say he appreciated the smaller things in life now, because he was still living in utter comfort, but, he didn’t demand for anything. And he had a job (egad!) He was sure Eithan almost has a heart attack when he told him.

It was nothing big, just a clothes store at a nearby mall, but it was a job, and they thought he was a girl, so it was lots of fun to mess with the other employees’ heads.

Looking out the front bay window, Orion frowned as some little kid came up to their lawn, put a…was that a ball? What on Earth was he doing? Orion’s eyebrow rose as the kid just walked away, then he shook his head and turned back to face the house.
There were boxes piled in almost random places, both unpacked and full, and it looked at tad messy, which annoyed Ori. He hated mess. It went with his small phobia of germs.

Sighing, he shook his head and went over to the couch, flopping down and throwing his arm over his eyes. Nothing to do now, but wait for the other three to get home.

Dear Journal,

There really isn't much to say. I've moved, I like it here, no more whores. That place smelt funky anyway. I haven't been to the mansion in awhile...not that I'm avoiding it or anything. Well, a little, but I never liked it there. Too many living organisms, for lack of a nicer term that fits.
Daray is still as scrawny as when he hatched, but Gods above is he getting evil. He's taken to actually stabbing people with his pencil. I've been trying to give him something constructive to do, so I'm teaching him how to write. He knows how to write his name, and a few choice words, which he likes to write on Eithan in marker when he's asleep.

Anyway, back to me. My life is ACTUALLY lacking drama. Enter your shock and awe here. Though, it wasn't incredibly dramatic before, it's still less stressful atleast.

Ok, what else...I'm just jumping from thing to thing here, so excuse me.

I've gone to see Dare act every now and then. He's not bad. At acting, and on the eyes, especially in those outifts. I was planning on going to see his next one, but I'll have to find out when it even is. Plus, I might be busy. I have to babysit alot lately (which bites a**) because Mom's got a new job. I think she's the co-owner of some sort of computer corporation, which Eithan will be inheriting part of when he's older.

Lucky ******** don't even know if I'm going to inherit a thing when I'm older. Other than all these pets, because Mom's made that pretty clear. The moment I'm old enough, and have my own place, she's dumping them on me.

It's my fault we have three quarters of them anyway.

Should wrap this up, Aurora wants some food. God, she's getting big...

~Orion.

Finally, it's Christmas!! Been waiting for this for two months now. Christmas in the new house. Alot more fun than in the other house, because it was just us.

Mom was in a good mood too, which made it even better. It was almost like we were a different family altogether. I wish, but I can pretend for the day, can't I?

Anyway, I got a new pet. He's blue, black and silver, and he's demonic. I attract demonic things, don't I? Anyway, he's blue, so I love him to bits. She got me clothes aswell, appealing to my style, and loads of other things. And Eithan got me these ******** hot strapped leather, knee-highs. I'm getting spoiled. It's not new, but it's different somehow.

Anyway, the best part was when the baby opened her presents. She kept playing with the ribbons, and Mom had to hide them just so she'd realize she'd gotten things. She loved the giant duck, and I was allowed to buy clothes for her. I got in trouble when they found out what they looked like, but she looked good. And she liked the black lace. Goes with those black curls nicely. She has a lot of hair for a baby.

Other than that, nothing much has happened. But, it isn't even lunch yet, so we'll have to wait and see. Anyway, I have to go help Mom and Eithan with Christmas Lunch.

~Orion.
