Star mumbled and turned over. She squinted and looked up. "What?" She said, standing up and streching. Her jeans had a rip in them, Star groaned at this. "Not my jeans...I just--" Star noticed they weren't where they were before. well, the were techniquly, but, where were they? "What's going on? Are the guys playing some trick on us??" Star asked panically.

Sam was walking along a road when he saw two random girls that were oddly dressed. he decided that he'd walk over there and see what they were doing. when he got over there he introduced himself,"Hello, my name is Samuel, and what might the ladies names be?" he asked as he lent his hand down to help them up.

"I.. I don't know!" She bit her lip and tugged at the hem of her sweater. "Sh-should we.. Well you know? Look for them? Or stay here until they find us?" Her mind began to race. "Oh god. What if this is like the book The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon by Stephen King?" She looked at Star speaking fast. "Do you know what happened to Trisha?? She wandered from the path and then she got lost and then there was a storm. Then uhm.. Well she kept looking. But she lasted the first day because of supplies, but there were bugs. Her eye like was swollen shut. And erm well the next day she kept walking and walking.. And then she ran into this fiddle thing which is a plant you can eat, and she saw blood on it. And she was going crazy cuz she was talking in her mind I think. Then a deers head rolled down and it was like erm... There was a THING watching her every move. And it like kept going on, and teh scary voice kept speaking to her in her mind. And like she didn't want to believe it and finally she DIIIEED!" Nikol fell onto her front hands crying. She didn't want to die. She jut wanted to go back to Colin and hug him and heave everything back to normal. She didn't even notice the boy.

Sam widenend his eyes out of being a little scared. "uhhmmm..." he gave her a weird look. "are you ok?" he said scooting back a little.

"Erm..." Star wasn't used to this. Hot guy standing right in front of them, and her friend was having a meltdown. "Okay Nikol....chill...we'll be fine..." Star said, trying to comfort her friend. She kneeled down and patted her on the back, and looked up at the guy. "I'm Star, and she's Nikol."

"oh...ok..but what is a meltdown?" he was a tad bit confused. "and hello star...is your friend ok?" he asked the girl who was still sitting on the ground. "would you like my assistance upon your getting up?" he asked her and reached out his hand.

"Sorry Star..." She mumbled and looked up. Her jaw dropped and she turned to star mouthing something. 'If he had black hair he'd look like...' She didn't want to finish that. Colin. The chances of her finding him where slim to nothing. Taking his hand she stood up. "A melt down is when you well.. Freak out. Go crazy. Have an emotional breakdown?" She gave the guy a funny look. He reminded her of some of the dead ones in her history book. But cuter.

"oh...so thats what a 'meltdown' is..." he said to her as he had helped her and star up. "So why are you two dressed so oddly? and lying out in the middle of this feild?"

She bit her lip and couldn't stop looking. She blushed when she caught herself. "Er uhm... Star tell him." She mumbled. Jesus Nikol, don't freeze up and become a shy wreck.

"Fine. We came camping with our boyfriends.." Star nudged Nikol, "and Nikol here dragged me out to this rock. We saw a shooting star,made a wish, then fell alseep. Now, we're here, and there's no sgn of a freeway or Ricky." Star said, ending her sentence with her boyfriend's name.

Nikol cringed at the word boyfriends. She felt Star nudge her and gave her a 'dunno what's goin on with me' kinda look. "Can't say the same about Colin." She mumbled.

"what is a freeway? and who is this ricky fellow?" he asked, they had totally and utterly confused him. "Wait where are you two from? and no that tis not the latest in fashion, just look." he handed her the local town paper.

"A freeway is a pathway for cars... Ricky his her boyfriend. A person she really likes and has been dating for awhile now." She took the paper and frowned. "Why does this have less numbers then our date Star..?" She handed her the paper.
