The little leopard bounded forward, dipping his whole head in the water and taking big gulps before pulling it back out. The water was extremely refreshing, and Chui smiled as he walked over to Miles and sat next to him. "I've never known my family, but it sounds nice," he said, his smile unwavering. He'd gotten used to it already, and it wasn't a hard thing to accept. Especially if you've never had one to begin with. Losing family...that was a whole other story.
"So where do you stay? You have some sort of home around here don't you?" he went on asking. Zani, having pulled back for the time being, was quiet, and the usual onslaught of questions came flooding into his mind.

He smirked as he looked around. "Wanna see it?" He asked as he jumped to his feet in a play full manor. He was always excited to show other kind creatures where he lived incase they needed him or seeked refudge.

Chui's eyes immediately brightened. This would be the very first time someone has ever welcomed him into their shelter with open arms. He jumped up excitedly and nodded, unable to speak at the moment. He finally managed to gather himself and say, "That'd be awesome!" rather happily.

He chuckled as he nudged the little one before bonding off tword his home. Though he didn't go to fast not wanting to leave chui behind.
"Come on little brother let us set of home!" He said happily not even noticing he said little brother or home.

Did he say brother? And......home? Chui thought to himself as they set off for Miles's den. A small, somewhat timid smile spread itself across his face. "O-okay!" he replied, running as fast as he could in order to keep up with the older, much larger, cheetah.

Amile smiled as he looked back and paniced a little seeing he was getting ahead of himself he slowed down to a mild jog for him as he smirked.
"I know your going to like it Chui." He said as he slowed more to a fast walk. "Okay its kinda tricky to get threw the entrance though." He said as he slowed to a walk and then he stopped and looked at a large bush. He smirked as he waited for chui to stop. He then put his paw behind him and shoved him threw the bush.

Chui felt the paw on his back, but he didn't realize anything until Miles threw him into a bush. "Hey!" he yelped as he tumbled into the clearing past the bush. He pushed his head back through, a pouty look on his young face. "What's the big idea?" he demanded.

right beside him soon ploped Amile from jumping over the bush.
"I didn't wanna break your legs if I threw you over." He siad chuckling as he nudged Chui to look at the small clearing suronnded by trees and bushes. Beside the largest tree was a small bed of leaves apprently where amile slept.
"This is my home...and it can be...yours to." He siad softly not looking at the little one. "I know its really hard for a little one to be out all alone." He said smiling weakly as his paw cam up to rub his nose a little.

The young leopard looked around, eyes wide, at Amile's home. He could barely believe his ears when the cheetah offered him a home here as well. "I've...I've never had a home before.." Chui murmured to himself. "A-are you sure it's alright?" He was rather shy about it, even though he wasn't the one to ask if he could stay here. "I mean...I wouldn't be intruding or anything if I do stay, right?" Chui took a few steps forward, his eyes moving from side to side.
But he hesitated. Sure, it'd be convenient to stay...but Zani was, and always will be, as unpredictable as ever. There was a reason for Chui always preferring to be alone, after all.

He watched the little one and smiled as he sat there he tail resting infront of his paws.
"You can stay here as long as you like or you can come visit me when you need my help." He said softly.
"I've always wanted a little brother...an I don't think I could ask for anything better with you kid." He said with a chuckle.

Chui smiled nervously. "I'd...bet you could find better," he replied with a small laugh. "Trust me...you probably could..." The little leopard walked back over to the entrance with a sigh. "I know I may look little...but there's lots about me you don't know. It isn't impossible for me to hurt you......" he whispered. "And that wouldn't be fair since you've been so nice to me."

He took a deep breath as he watched the little one head off.
"war will find its way just like love." He said as he looked to his feet. "I for one know this first hand. I spent years searching for loved and only found war tell one day I got lucky but now...that love is gone all because I have been foolish." He said softly.

Chui turned his head and smiled. "It's got nothing to do with love, Miles," he replied. "But.....I'll come back if I ever need help. And maybe I'll stay when I've managed to get the other me under control." And with that, the little leopard jumped back through the bush. The soft pitter-patter of his paws began fading into the distance, but he found a new task lay ahead of him.

Amile sat their and shruged it off as he watched the little leopard leave. His mind begna to pounder on the 'I'll stay when I've managed to get the other me under control.' part but he left it be as he turned to his home and smiled proundly.
