His black tipped ears perked again as he thought.
"You're right.."
He said. A low look in his eyes, and if he would have been able to, he would have looked like Cujo from Stephen King. He had a dark look about him, because he had heard what Twist had said of Alas. She had become a traitor..
And this was all a clever scheme to end his life, and that of HIS pack. Little did Alas know, that Wazaam had just stepped up in the scheme of things. He was alpha. No one spoke to him cruelly, and NO ONE spoke ill of Twist.
But at the mention of the lynx, Wazaam actually took his eyes of the pink pelted one, and cast them to the ground in thought. Had he met her before?
He only remembed ever meeting one lynx. A purple hazed Lynx that seemed like it was always tripping on something. He said it had something to do with Herbal Roots.. Wazaam definately never wanted to try those.. Ever.
"No. I have never met a white lynx. Lynx's bow to me.." He said, standing straight, giving her his most dominant look that he could muster.
"Why?" He just was going to ignore the family route again. It was just pissing him off.

Alas watched the pup and held back a soft growl, he did not look like an innocent at all anymore. If she could find the parents of this pup she would warn them to take their family and leave before it was too late. Though in her heart Alas feared it was already too late.
"This Lynx will bow to no wolf, she is an enemy of Twist's she has been doing bad things. She wants to hurt our alpha." Alas was no longer so certain if the lynx and her alpha were true enemies, perhaps they were allied. She shook the thought from her mind and looked intently at Wazzam.
"If you see her..." But Alas could not finish the scentence in either of two fashions. She could not tell this pup to fight the lynx, for she might very well scentence him to death. Nor could she tell the up to run away from Algoma, for that would further anger his pride. "...just be careful." Her tone softened back to the motherly way it did when she spoke with Twist.

Twist had never spoken of a petaled ivory Lynx. It made his brows knit themselves together as he thought. If she was truly an enemy, then why was he to spy on Alas, and not Algoma?
He knew it now. He SAW it! Twist was worried the Lynx might really hurt him. And him being the new Alpha male, she didnt want to risk her pack being vulnerable to the Lynx and her evil ways.
He'd speak to Twist of Algoma.. He'd figure out where Algoma's allegiances really lay.
"Warning duly noted."
He said, tail still against his leg, and his nose reached up into the air. He sniffed, once.. Twice. He too, could smell the other wolves on Alas's pelt. His nose was finally becoming of some kind of use.
He then remembered he'd labeled her as a traitor, and growled a bit in his throat.
He just kept hold of her eyes, while he sat there, boiling in his own anger. But if he was to spy, being angry and hurting her would be very wrong.. And Twist would be angry.
So his face lost the scowl, and his throat let go of the growl. But he was still not happy, and he didnt look it either.

Alas watched as Wazzam sniffed and suddenly she realized that just like Twist had scented the others on her pelt, so had he. She tilted her head and smiled softly at him. "Something else on your mind?" She wanted to let the pup speak his mine, have a choice. She wanted to bring him back from whatever twisted place his mind was in.
Yet in her heart Alas knew that she could heal neither the mind nor the heart despite all her healing skills.

He gave a gruff shake of his head as he looked back at the pink wolf. Ah, he had alot on his mind.. But he wouldn't tell the Shewolf what it was. She really didnt need to know. But he'd warn her. Aye.. He'd tell her to be careful on her endeavors, whatever they happened to be.
"No.. But you should be wary. You smell of other musk." He said, flicking his little tail.

Alas gave a soft smile at the pup and nodded. "That I do, I've been near the other pack, Twist wants alliances and I've found an excellent one for us." She slowly stood and shook off.
"Thats not all on your mind I'm sure...but I won't press you. It was a pleasure to meet you Wazzam...if your ever injured, come to me and I'll offer you what aid I can." She held back a soft sigh, it was too late this one was against her. She hated to think that it could happen to one so young, but this pup was no pup at heart. He was already full grown in his own mind and by the look of him he was growing up and catching up. Soon he would be one to be wary of as well, but what troubled Alas was how devoted he seemed to Twist.
How could that be? Unless her suspicions were correct, still she pushed that thought away. Her Alpha couldn't have turned on her, unless Twist had been against her from the start. The thought made Alas grow cold a moment, betrayal was a wretched feeling. She eyed the pup a long moment before slowly turning.
