Ranikata smiled at Armaeo, again not wanting to bother him too much. Instead, she pointed at Naomi's tail and grinned. "Pretty!" she said, indicating the tuft of fur at the tip.

Fiona jumps back in shock at this other taur that said her name. "Oh!"
She smiled. "Its a psaltery. I had it since FOREVER." She also noticed another taur that was diffrent than the others. She game the brown multi colored taur a smile.

Tariah had crept closer to Fiona, listening in on Catori. She was curious about her instument as well. As soon as she was close enough, the shy cattaur whispered to the girl. "What do you do with it?" The taller taur seemed interestingly different so Tariah sat near her to hear whatever was going on.

Naomi blinked in surprise at the multi-purple cattaur girl. "Do you really think so..." She paused as she fought to get the name right, "Rani-Ranikata?" She shook her head oddly as she finally got the name out...sort of. Her tail whipped behind her happily as her face split into a grin, "Thanks." She saw the two legged taur smiling at her as well and she nodded at her with yet another smile. Now if only she could get this Armaeo to talk..."Armaeo?" Her nose twitched, "Do you guys wanna to play?" She asked looking at the small gathering around her.
Catori looked at Tariah and then back to Fiona. "Yeah, can ya plway the psa-salt?" She sputtered but still couldn't seem to say the name of the stringed thing just right. "If ya can...please pway it?"

Fiona looked down. "I can play a bit" Sitting down she propped the psaltery on her leg and began a simple melody.

 Hearing a melody, Aria swam clumsily to the edge of the pond. There sat a strange two legged creature playing a strange instrument. It looked familiar but she couldn't quite place where she had seen such a thing. Aria stuck her head out of the water and hummed along to the music. "Pretty!" Aria replied in her light musical voice.

Ranikata smiled at Naomi. "Short is Rani," she offered, not wanting her name to be a problem for anyone. It had taken a while to learn it herself. "Play what?"

The song was so sweet, Tariah couldn't help but hum along. She noticed ripples in a nearby pond but was too focused on watching Fiona play, she didn't see who was peeking over to them. "I wish I knew how to play, its so pretty."

Catori grinned, "It's nice...you should play with this pink woman, Da knows." She grinned, "But her instrument isn't stringed like your....thing." She grinned even though she couldn't get the name right. She closed her eyes as the other taur, Tariah joined in on the melody. "It's very pretty, yup!"
"Rani?" Naomi's face lit up, "I dunno....but we should play something, like tag or hide in seek or pretend, something like that!" She looked around before returning to Ranikata, "What do you like to do?" Damien floated in the pond with his head on his arms. But sudden ripples made him turn and to his surprise he saw the water move...but wait that wasn't the water. It was a syrin like him! He dived and looked up into the tunnel leading directly to the other children. It was made up so that they could go outside into the main stream or swim underneath into the room. For there was this small fountain like pond with plenty of room for a numerous amount of syrins. Surfacing, he tapped the other syrin, a girl's shoulder, "You...if you want you can enter the area through this tunnel. I know a couple of kids in there...so if you want you can come in with me." He grinned encouragingly before diving again to wait for the girl.

Shyly Aria nodded. "Ok!" She chimed. She smiled. She wanted to hear more noise. She dived after the boy and swimming carefully she followed. Somehow she felt that she had known the boy but where? She hadn't seen other children Syrin only one or two adults in passing.

Damien couldn't help but to grin at the girl's enthusiasm at the idea. But shaking his head he motioned for her to swim left and close by...there were so many tunnels and only one of them led to the fountain.
Looking back over his shoulder he looked at her and started talking in his bubbly underwater voice, "Are you newly hatched? I don't think I've seen you before..." But a memory of an annoying egg floated back into his thoughts....possibly. For now though he concentrated on the delicate tunnel with silver columns and designs showing him the all too family way.

"Yes. About one or two weeks ago" She chimed. Following so close that she could grab his tail if she wanted to. "This is all preety! I like it. Are there many holes? Do they hold shiney things?"

"I see, so what's your name?" Still, the pieces fit and so Damien figured that she probably was that egg...and to think that she still could find and attach herself to him even after hatching. But his sigh was good natured as he pointed to random drawings.
"Wait? Shiny things?" He paused...."Well if you want to take a quick detour I can show you this one chamber...it's really beautiful." He closed his eyes just thinking about the beautiful chamber with all of the art.

"I'm Aria!" she said proudly. She smiled a big smile. "Sure! I won't mind as long as we get to see the shiny preetys and hear that nice noise!" She giggled at herself. She sounded so Silly!

"Aria?" Damien grinned, "My name is Damien." He shook his head amused at her response before turning around a corner and heading into a lighter tunnel with even more engravings...these were more detailed and some sparkled with small sea stones and shells.
Even further in he paused and went through a coral decorated archway into a grand room with an spring flowing into the pool. In this room where some old statues from ship wrecks and stones were embedded into the floor along with shiny shells and several other things. At the top was a small crevice allowing in sunlight which made everything shine even better. "Do you like it?" He asked after surfacing to pick a pure white lily that grew near the waterfall. Now he was back under water and handing her a lily, "Here." He smiled, "Consider it a welcoming gift."
