I really never started really liking tea until this past winter (green tea got rid of my cold) and I never liked iced tea as a child, but now I like it. So I drink both quite often in all seasons.

[.SamusAran.] Artificial_by_Necessity I myself love tea, but not that lipton stuff or what they give you at resturants. I like apple cinnamon, chamomile, rose bud and peppermint tea. I've never tried any of them with ice though, but I think I'll try it. Maybe put some clear white tapioca balls in it. Anyone have a Q-Cup where they live? We've got one and they have the most awesome tapioca tea. heart Ive never had tapioca tea. What is it like? How do you make it, or is it just flavoured bags? (I personally like boiling my tea in a pot with the tea right in it, then straining it after)
From what I've ever ordered, it's just a tea with different fruit flavors (kiwi!! heart ), and they put big marble-size balls of tapioca in the bottom, and you eat 'em as you go. It's very good, and apparently really popular in Japan right now. I like boiling and straining my own tea, too. I love using the little wire ball squezzy thing. XD Lately I've been craving iced coffee. I don't know why, and I've never even tried the stuff. sweatdrop

Oh now I remember those! Supposed to be really good. I want to try one. I've heard about them and then in the August volume of Shoujo Beat they talk about them
The Article reads: Pearl Essence Summer drinks are all about flavored iced coffees and teas. In Tokyo, locals lower summer temps a few degrees with cool iced milk tea or iced coffee, flavored with pearl tapioca balls. Pearl drinks crossed over to Japan from Taiwan and Southeast Asia, and have slowly made their way to the States under a number of psuedonyms-including bubble tea, tapioca tea, and boba tea. Whatever you call it, drink it repsonsibly: Someone choking on balls of tapioca isn't a pretty site.' Plus they have a little picture of it then captioned " Foam on the top, pearls on the bottom-just like the sea!"
If I get a chance to I shall post the entire aticle instead of leaving this mess.

You're welcome. I'll scan it later. I shall also. Death by tapioca ball. " Hmm sir what seems to be the cause of death?"..." Well it seems she choked on these smal tapioca balls. Got lodged right in the throat." That would be my boredom kicking in.

Mmmmm tea biggrin I love the fact the drinking large amounts of tea is both a British thing and a Lolita thing, as I seem to live on the stuff and its the first thing I do in the morning. I love all sorts of tea, especially fruit tea and ice tea, though just normal tea with lots of milk and sugar is what gets me through the day, I am intrigued by the sound of the pearl tea, Ill have to try to find it.

I drink hot tea year round...when it gets really hot in the summer, sometimes I'll make iced tea...but usually I like it pretty warm.
