As the minutes passed, Miyu become more fluid and Kylie relaxed. It always took a minute to get into it. Soon, Miyu was twirling prettily and jogging around the edges. Kylie's vision suddenly flicked up to the girl opposite her and she smiled. "So, you started your training yet?""

She smiled and shook her head. "No, I haven't even thought of my entry phrase." Entranced, she watched Miyu dance around the edges. All the ribbons might be a disadvantage in combat, but they were so beautiful...

Kylie nodded. "Yeah, that takes awhile. I went with something that fit Miyu's name. It means 'Superior Beauty'....so I went off that." Stopping Miyu she creased her brow and had her do a back flip, twisting in the air and landing...even if she did wobble a little, Miyu had landed it. "Any thoughts yet?"

"A couple. I don't really like any of them yet." She frowned. "I have a sort of idea, but nothing I really would want other people to hear."

"Yeah, it's not easy." Kylie said off hand, glancing at the clock again. She was going to have to go much sooner then she would have liked, but she still had some time.
"Why don't you throw your angel in and give it a try?" She offered, moving Miyu away from Rosalie's side of the layer with a series of twists and leaps.

Rosalie tentatively picked up the headset on the arm of the chair she sat in. "I don't know how," she said sheepishly, but put the headset on. She pressed the button, then gently tossed Madeliene into the layer. The doll caught herself clumsily. The girl giggled nervously, trying to concentrate on making her angel walk somewhat steadily. "This is hard." She was sheepish.

"It gets easier with time" Kylie reassured her and smiled, having Miyu walk over to the angel and give a slight bow. "Is this your first time using a layer?"

"Yes," she said. "I haven't actually really thought about the battling part... Most of my dolls are for dressing and playing with." Madeliene bowed back, but it was much clumsier. Rosalie was still trying to get a hang on concentrating on Madeliene's moves.

"Well, it's very good for your first time." Kylie said in an off hand sort of way. She wasn't one for compliments but it almost seemed like this girl needed it. She scrunched her nose a little at the thought of just dressing up dolls and playing with them. Kylie had never seen the point of that really and the allure of the Angels had been the fact that it was more of a fighting game then a silly dress up fantasy.

Rosalie turned a pale pink and ducked her head a little. "Um, thank you." She began to work on making Madeliene walk steadier- but she was so used to not devoting her entire mind to one thing that it didn't seem to be going well. So she was actually a little relieved when Fres tapped her on the shoulder and Madeliene dropped out of the layer and into her hands.
"Sorry," Fres said. "Rosalie has an appointment with her doctor. We'll be seeing you, hopefully." And then she frog-marched Rosalie back downstairs.
