Kari leaned against the trunk of the tree, listening. She hadn't heard this song before in England. Finally she straightened up and began to walk quietly back to the school, good thing lessons didn't start until a few days after, the principal believed in letting the students get used to the school, and allowing a few days for students to arrive in the first place. She found the person playing the song but walked on.

Vincent heard the snap of a twig as Kari passed him after he had finished. He instantly thought of another student, pehaps listening in. Either way they wouldn't have heard him singing. Still in his lightened mood he decided he could at least make conversation with the person. "Hey." He said to her, not even turning his head to look around the tree at her.

Kari turned around to see who had spoken, "hello," she said, not unkindly, though not in an overall friendly tone either. She didn't know this person and thought it best not to say too much, there was a screech as Fear flew down toward her, "hello Fear," Kari said with a much warmer tone, holding out her arm as Fear landed on her fist with a soft thump and a flapping of wings. She stroked the gyrfalcon's head a few times before saying to the other person, "who are you?"

"The names Vincent." He replied, picking up his guitar once more. "Good to meet you, even though I haven't seen you yet." He added from behind the tree. He heard the accent, British. His aunt had lived in Britain over 20 years now, when she went down to visit once every couple of years she always spoke in the accent she adapted to. "And who just might you be?" He asked, just holding the guitar, not strumming.

"I'm Kari," she told him, while Fear eyed him with sharp golden eyes. "I didn't think you'd have seen me yet anyway, I only arrived today." Fear screeched and flapped his wings a few times, "no Fear," Kari murmured, and Fear relaxed a bit, though his sharp eyes were still wary. Kari spotted the guitar, "you were the one playing," she said without much expression in her voice.

"Ah, so you were listening to me play." He said, having confirmed his earlier suspicion. "Well good to meet you anyway Kari. Besides, I've only gotten here today too." He added standing up and turning to face her for the first time, right hand holding his guitar, left jammed into his brown-leather jacket, that he wore regardless of the weather.

"Yes," Kari said, not facing him fully "I came down here to practice, though" she told him, gesturing to her flute, "not to listen to you." Fear continued to survery Vincent, his unblinking golden eyes wary and alert. "I'd best be getting back," Kari said, "I need-" she broke off, "well, good to meet you Vincent," she finished, and turned around, walking back up towards the school.

Alexander walked up to the large door, holding on to a chain. A full-grown leopard was on the other end of the chain, and a low groan came out of it. "Izzet, hush," said Alexander, and the leopard became quiet. "Good girl!" he said, and scratched her under her chin. She started purring, and then Alexander started walking. He looked up to the classrooms, and saw a classroom. "This must be the German class," he said. "Deutschklasse!" he exclaimed, and opened the door. On one wall was the German flag, the colors of gold, green, and red exclaiming itself beautifully. "Spitze!" he said, excited about the immensity of the classroom. He shut the door, and started walking with the leopard walking slowly behind.

"Good to meet you !" He called mack, glancing at his guitar for a few seconds before deciding to head back himself. He still had to feed his dogs, and he had a few more things to unpack. Hoping his neigbors didn't mind music he began walking back as well, laying out how the rest of his stuff would be set up in his head while he walked.

Kari walked into the school once again, she decided to explore the classrooms a bit, there was someone in the german classroom, she had heard noises, the only thing was, the noises didn't see exactly human. Looking into the room, she saw a leopard, that would explain the noises. Fear gave a screech of alarm at the giant cat, please don't look up, Kari prayed, as she didn't know whether the leopard was trained or not, please do not look up.

((Oh, sorry, I thought he was playing music. Ah, well, never mind))
"Hi," said Alexander, hearing a door opening. "I am Alexander. Oh, you are afraid of Izzet!" said Alexander. "Ah well, don't worry, this leopard is just a nice fluffy kitty once you get to know her. Her name is Izzet. Don't worry, she won't bite," he said, and pulled the cat closer. "I promise she never bites or scratches. She's trained."

Kari quickly withdrew from the room. Fear was still screeching with alarm and fear of the large cat. Kari personally didn't fear the leopard but still found it intimidating. "It's all right Fear," she said to the falcon, "its all right, the leopard can't hurt you right now, we're too far away." Kari knew that any cat could give chase but she was trying to comfort Fear at the moment. Fear relaxed a bit but still looked a bit startled. He had puffed himself up to twice his normal size and was digging his talons into Kari's shoulder.

Arriving at his room Vincent hesitated. He knew that as soon as he opened the door his dogs would swarm him. Taking a deep breath he opened it and shut it rapidly behind him so the two couldn't escape. After nearly being knocked down he walked over to his bag and pulled out a somewhat large bag of dog food and two bowels. Filling up the bowels he set them on the ground. While his dogs munched happily he finished unpacking verything of his, finally sitting on his bed to admire his living space.
