Growing up with a Grandmother from the South, I was put into classes to teach me manners. People have told me that im polite, but I suppose its just a regular thing so I dont realise Im doing it ._. But when I know Im being polite, it makes me happy to know im treating people with respect XD I tend to be impolite around my jessica onee-san due to the fact that we are both being raised in polite-strict households, but neither of us curse XD We all need our time to unwind :3

I try to maintain some level of manners at all times, particularly around those who are decidedly rude to me. I think it completely baffles them.
Especially when I wear my mini tophat, it's come to be my icon.
You've no idea how often I've heard myself referred to as 'that chick with the f@cked up jew hat'.
To which they usually get a smile, a slight curtsey, and a cheerful 'your mothers must be very proud, you're accomplishing so much with your lives!'.

I'm usually very quiet and polite around people I don't know. With my friends, it depends. One minute I'll be really hyper the next I'll be really quiet.
I try to keep my manners top notch, and I'm constantly told by teachers that I'm more poilte than anybody in my class. (Boys. Idiots. Lovely...)

yeah I guess i can say that i do have manners, at the table or when i'm with other people I don't know. I still am polite. I just get hyper when my friends are around. I hardly cuss, I only cuss if i stub my toe while walking barefoot, or when I get mad. instead of using real cusswords I make up my own cuswords. Like: butt Nugget butt Nougat Butt wet laderhossen and i use other substitute words for the F word like "what the flip!? or "fudge you" when i burp I try to keep it in. i don't burp often, but when I do i try to spell out the abcs. It really all depends with who i am with

I usually slip up when I am really tired... I accidentally cussed in front of my best friends parents for no reason. His mom looked at me funny then started laughing, I didn't even realize what I did until she started laughing. I apologized for the next two days... redface

I think lolita is an image to be maintained in public. It's a way of presenting yourself to the world. If you are among friends, I think it would be forgiveable to let your hair down. XD

I believe I have polite manners when I am out in public. Like ValinetineWings, I make up expressions when something frustrating happens. Usually "oh pudding" and "for the love of cupcakes" are my most frequently used expressions. My co-workers find it cute that I'm so passive and goofy at the same time. Perhaps it is a refreshing change from the usual waves of cursing you hear in the media?
And I find lolita to be a very lady-like/elegant fashion. I see many parallels between it and Geisha/Maiko culture.

I'm not exactly graceful, but I'm normally fairly ladylike

I'm more of the opposite. I'm obnoxious in public, dance and at school but when I'm with people, even if I've known them for 5 minutes, I'm super polite and shy.
One time I saw one of my teachers at the grocery store, and of course I was with some friends fully decked out in loli and she came up to me and asked if I was really her student or if I just looked slightly like her. xD

I'm rather public to people I don't know.
But other than that I'm just obnoxious.
Doesn't help that I don't have an inner volume controll. >_< And I also have one of those Shrilly high bitched type voices.
And my mouth should be washed out with soap >_<

In that case, mine should be put through the Dry Cleaners three-four times. >>; Probably.

Go Kyuketsuki! That's what I thought of too! So funny! I think I'm relatively polite. I don't like to get mad at people because I'm always afraid I'll make a fool of myself. That's sounds weird. I say "Dag Nabbit" which is actually more embarrassing than cursing. But I remember my pleases and thank yous and I know which fork is for salad...
