She laughed.
His small outburst had been so amusing (and dare she say it? Almost charming in a childish way), that she couldn't quite help herself. Her laughter rang softly around them, melodic; it was clear she'd set a much better impression on others if she laughed more often instead of lashing out verbaly at them. Fat chance however, for it wasn't often than Kianga laughed with unadultured mirth as she was at that precise moment, "Oh, hasn't she!" she managed once her chuckles had died down, her form limping up after him, "Isn't that amusing... she's your mate, but she's not tied you down; she must be very understanding, and not all too possesive then," these last few words were almost murmured, thought out loud as she allowed another chuckle to escape, "Either way, as fate'll have it, it seems I'll be finding out for myself pretty soon enough, now shan't I?"
Shaking her head slightly, Kianga limped forward, walking on her own, without help from him; she was much too proud for such things, that much was obvious, and the fact she'd placed enough confidence on him to allow him to both groom her and... take care of her said a lot, really, in his favour. She voiced none of this, however, as she padded onward and after him, figuring that perhaps this wasn't all that bad; something at the back of her mind (call it instinct if you may) told her that she was going to be quite entertained and amused during her stay with Ushaufu.
Of course, what she didn't know was how wrong she'd been about Nadra being 'understanding' and 'not at all possesive'. But then again, it only meant she'd be further amused by the on going situation about them. For the time being, anyhow.
