Some people don't know where to get information about Serj Tankian, and so they use what they know: Myspace. It's much like MTV showing Chop Suey! and starting my SOAD obsession when I only just "liked the music" from the kids sitting in the back of the bus playing it. I didn't know back then that there were other ways of getting music.
Shavo Odadjian has his own Myspace, and it's legit.
Well Serj's myspace is just as offical as other band myspaces. Yeah, he most likely doesn't go on there and check it himself, but that's really your most direct connection with him.
