She nodded, her smile increasing. A place not even her father knew about...or could possibly hope to search and find. She had so much more freedom now to wander around the river now that she was a teen...and no one came to the river. He still didn't want her making any new friends. Her eyes lifted as the soft sound of rushing water came to her ears, so light from far off, but oh so close to her little cave. She liked living in the forest. It was very...beautiful here.

Dyas always took Azure to the most beautiful spots, and she hadn't failed this time. Azure wondered if it was because she was so beautiful that she could find these place, maybe part of her magic or something. Even though they hadn't stopped walking yet, the forest seemed to grow prettier with every step forward they took, or maybe that she took. "A stream?" Azure asked Dyas curiously when he too heard the rushing water. He wanted to know if that was where they were going.

The smile increased even more at his guess, loving this. She shook her head. Close, but not quite. The female slowed to move more side by side with him, though of course, moving forwards still. Everything in the forest was beautiful, you just had to look close enough to see it. Her veiw on it...Everything was beautiful if you...She glanced at him, then quickly out infront again. Well, some things you didn't have to look so closely at.

Azure sighed, he still didn't know where they were going since his guess had been incorrect. "Is it far away then, I don't know how much longer I cant take not knowing." Azure told Dyas with a laugh. Azure blushed when Dyas walked closer to him, he had wanted to move closer the whole night. His blush deepened when she glanced at him and he felt kind of guilty. Azure could feel the heat in his cheeks so he knew they were red, he couldn't explain why he was blushing with any reason except for the obvious, he liked Dyas. Azure just wasn't sure how well that would go over with Adora.

Her shoulders shook ever so slightly in silent laughter to go with his own. She shook her head. No, not much further. At the glance, she had seen the light dusting of red, which of course, brought a fresh wave of heat into her cheeks. Couldn't even begin to guess why he was blushing, but it was good enough to chain to her. They stepped out of the trees, and onto the bank of the old river. Only a good deal further down from the little waterfall they had seen. Here it was deeper. Much deeper as it neared the lake. She gently squeezed his hand once before leading him closer to the rivers edge. Dyas then pointed to herself, and then to him before pinching her nose and looking at the water. It was time to swim

Azure coughed lightly when a small amount of nervousness came to him. He looked around when they stopped, they were here it seemed. Azure would've started swimming even without the motion coming from Dyas, that was because he loved to swim. "Swimming it is." He said with a smile, Azure was always happy to swim and it was fun to swim with Dyas, except for the occasional times that she had worried him. It seemed like the last time they were together was happening all over again, except this time no one was watching and Azure wasn't single.

Another soft squeeze as she shook her head. Not just swimming. The female let go of his hand and walked backwards a few steps before stopping. She held up three fingers. Two. One. Dyas darted forwards, jumping into the air and arching her body down fluently to dive into the river, her wings pressed close to her body. Down...down...down...Deeper and deeper until she swam a bit forwards, a hand touching the dirt-rock mixture infront of her. Down, down. Where was it...

Azure looked at Dyas quizzically, if not swimming then what? He watched as she disappeared into the water, not getting in yet. Azure wanted to see what she was doing first. When he could no longer see her in the water, Azure began to worry. "Dyas?" Azure called out, scathing the water with his eyes. "Dyas, what are you doing?" Azure leaned down by the waters edge, hoping to see her. He'd jump in after her if she didn't show up soon.

Deeper...deeper...deeper...aha! She pushed forwards into the opening, quickly swimming deeper...then up. As fast as she could, up, her lungs burning. She broke the surface, chest heaving as she tried to get as much air into her as possible. She hadn't remembered it being so far DOWN before! The female took a quick glance around the secret cave before looking down into the water. Of course, Azure hadn't followed. She took another deep breath, and dove back under, pushing back towards the exit.

"Dyas!" Azure called out more franctically then before. He couldn't see anything in the water. Azure dove into the water like an arrow and opened his eyes in the water looking for a shadow or silhouetted that could be Dyas. He didn't see anything, he saw a shadowed looking area and began to swam towards it, it was an opening to something. Azure watched as Dyas showed up in the opening. "Dyas!" Azure's mouth said, only giant air bubbles flowed from his lips though.

As azure frantically searched, dyas swam back towards the surface, her eyes tightly closed against the water. Quickly, she had to hurry. Azure no doubt was worrying about her-the female slamed into her, causing her to gasp. Under water. Eyes flashing open, a hand moved to her throat, and she flicked her body back down, hurriedly swimming back to the cave, the closest pocket of air

Azure's quickly swam after Dyas, he realized what he had caused her to do. He hadn't meant to run into her, if anything he tried to prevent it. Azure wondered why she swam off into the cave, if anything that would only trap her, right? He followed her anyways, if anything happened he wanted to be close to carry her away. Azure quickly discovered that there was an air pocket inside the cave and he rushed under Dyas to push her up faster before surfacing to take a breath for himself.

Quickly...quickly...quick...She swam into the opening, her vision darkening. She could see the slope of sand to the small beach in the back. But she wanted to go up, not forwards. Dyas reached towards the shimmering surface, suddenly so far away. So very far. And then she was moving up. Up? Her dual colored eyes slipped shut, arms limply drapped on Azure as they rose to the air pocket.

When they finally breached the surface Azure gasped for air, but he didn't care about his need for oxygen. Azure climbed onto the sands and dragged Dyas up onto them with her. "Dyas... are you okay... are you..." he looked at her chest to make sure it was moving up and down and then leaned his face in closer to hers to look at her. He wasn't quite sure what to do in a situation like this, but he wanted to make sure she was breathing and that was it.

Her lungs slushed with water, unable to cough it out immediatly upon intake. Giving water full entrance with her gasp, such as Azure had before her. Her chest was still, body unmoving from its path up the sand. The water glinted odd images up onto the cave ceiling, lit up by thousands of glow worms. Besides the lap of the water, all was silent.
