I liked the episode too. I think of it more like the team going to bat for anyone of them with the John/Rodney thing. I just think it shows how close this team has gotten.

Thats also true. Like Teyla's reaction when they knew that the thing was in Rodney.

One good thing about The Ark is that, at the end, Teyla pretty much outed that fact. Sheppard can and will risk his life for any and all of his friends.
