come on guys give them a breake maybe theyr snobbie cuz theyr homes been mcut down by people and taken over by man , and maybe they seem stuck up because they dont trust humans and their scared . I think they reproduce with moogles maybe just a theory .

My theory is that they may have a gender change during a certain time of the year and may mate with females after acquiring the right parts (Kinda like snakes.) Or be Hermaphrodites. I also read somewhere that the Vierra might be a result of humans and moogles mating.

Well...they are in other games (final fantasy tactics advanced) and they will be in other final fantasy's (the next couple of final fantasy's are supposed to all happen in Ivalice [i beleive don't quote me on this])
And if you think about it, Viera may be final fantasy's Amazons, so in that sense they could mate with humans before killing them, or they could be like bees were the male is kicked out of the village until its time for mating, because of their long life spans and the relitivly short amount of time you spend in game it could be you just never see the male Vieras or the children because they keep them in a specific area
They feel superior than humans and the such because where ever they go theres war and destruction, whereas the vVera live in peace with the land lol

Do we ever see the Garif without the helms on, maybe they have bunny ears under those helms. Both races are lankey and gender exclusive in their respective villiages, maybe they get together for mixers now and then.

Its mentioned that they're "Born of the Wood", I think. I'm not sure if they're talking about Viera infants just jumping out of tree trunks, or if there's one of hundreds of scary methods I won't bother mentioning...<.< >.>...anyway, they were cooler and not so stuck up in FFTactics.

Regor, good point...maybe they accept the Gariff into their woods and consider them less stuck-up viera...or not. XD

Even though the Viera seemed snobbish I did like their character design (though it may resemble a playboy bunny xp ). And I have to say that out of all the FF XII characters I like Fran the most. This is just my opinion though.

If you play FF advanced tactics, the vieras are alot nicer, and yes they wear more clothes, one class even wears robes....

Veirra are female and Garif male... and I see no difference between young and old. maybe the are like the elves of LOTR, they life a darn long time. as for reproduction.... I don't even want to think about that.

If you play Revenant Wings it states they do live many more years then Humes. As for reproduction all I know is a race of blond vieres with short ears were created by a regular viere and those human bird race from Revenant Wings....

im just rather dissapointed they don't tell you more about them after finding one of the rouge vierras i was like woot maybe ill finally learn something but no... none of them tell you anything. Vierra= final fantasy mafia. Whenever i think of them i always fall onto one thought what if they decide to actually go to war? What would happen? the entire would just goes nuts and its like march of the ents from LOTR

Upon first glance, I was kinda iffy on Fran's design. I think what made me like vieras was Fran's personality (the viera's accent is soo awesome lol!) I think they don't mention too much about male vieras mainly because they'd probably look kinda like my avatar lol...

Gin_ Usagi i think they needed more clothes........ that's all ihave to say about them. ok think about it, its hot, the humidity must be through the roof, and if they ware to much clothing,the monsters in golmore jungle may hear them and get them,they dress that way because of the enviorment, thats the only reason i can think of anyway
