yes, gold was hard to come by - hence the lower prices. and I wasn't lecturing - however if you had left because you saw that prices were increasing and it was getting you frustrated then you really should have bought a few of the cheaper donation items instead rather than just keeping the gold.

You know I'm right, and you know that you didn't have that figured out back then or you would have had a lot more gold even if not enough.

And I wasn't lecturing you any more than you were lecturing me with that 'getting careless' statement. It's just that when talking about the Gaia economy to anyone it sounds like a lecture.

What did they ban you for?!

just nothing? A slip up? Or something you didn't do?

neku i DID buy things with my gold. i never said i didnt but what i got didnt inflate enough. trust me, i knew what to do back then, but i just didnt have the resorces to fight. i havent alwasy been able to get MC's so many months i wouldnt get them cause i couldnt. maybe you just really dont remeber how hard thigns in gaia were back then. cause your making it sound like gaia was just like it is now, back then, but it wasnt.

I remember how very EASY it was actually. If you had enough time and patience you got 10g per poll and 3g-7g per post, completely randomly.

It was awesome, if they had that kind of system today I think questing was much easier.

After a certain amount of posting nowadays you don't get any gold from it.
I liked the current stream of gold much more than the 50 gold, 25 gold, then slowly decreasing.

And all of this is completely beside the point as I didn't mention ANYTHING about money earning, all I said was that you should have spent all your gold on donation items before you took a hiatus. If you DID do that all you needed to say is 'I did that' about we could have continued this discussion down another route.

The first thing was something I didn't do.
I was running a contest in the Chatterbox and there wasn't a winner - but this one guy said he won and got a couple of his friends to back him up on it and I gotten banned.

And the second time I got banned I donated a Spirit Falcon to some newbie girl and she said she wanted to repay me so she gave me some credits from the site IMVU.
I accepted and got banned for selling Gaia stuff for IMVU stuff...
So I guess that could be considered a 'slip up' as you put it, but I don't really think I deserved to be banned for that.

oh wow, sucky! That's really horrible. Way over the top to ban you, couldn't you just have got a warning or something? o.o

xD my friend thinks I should write scripts for Doctor Who.
