But only if he's still in the first few hours of regeneration.
And running would help. It would give you good excersise. Especially when you have a scyco (spelling) on your tail.

Some things I have learned from Doctor WHo include:
~Don't trust anything ( such as statues or sudden new buildings...)
~Square glasses looked cool
~If someone takes his tie off in front of you, he might be the Doctor (or not..)
~Celery is good
~Long scarves are amazing
~Look up the person who you ar egoing to vote for
~Never trust ear pods
~Blame everything on something in outer-space
~Never put on a gas mask (just in case)

ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING with ANY relation to the Titanic have gone down. Either that, or having the Unsinkable Molly Brown on board a Titanic related ship it will go down.
